Aromatherapy massage oil - oil discontinued by Intimate Organics - review by Kristilicious

This is my first ever review. Ever. Now so far the hardest part was the title but we'll see as I progess! You can't steer to far off when starting with something as innocent as a massage oil.

So when I start shopping for an oil I tend to begin with the scent. That's the most important part because it really sets the mood of the massage. So the description says cocoa bean and goji berry. I didn't really know what that was suppose to mean so a much better idea is that the cocoa bean is the predominate scent. It has a light hint of chocolate to it with goji berry. It is subtle and not overwhelming. This makes the idea of "Sensual" being the name and mood it suggests easy to obtain.

The oil itself is nice. I've tried many before with disappointing result. I'll start there so you understand what I've experienced and then you can understand how that's a major plus for this stuff! So one thing that I find is not worth a dime in a massage oil is when they have a grainy texture. It may be my fault for getting an edible one but it made for a terrible massage too. I mean I want us to be able to use it for that purpose and if you can lick a bit then why not. The next is when the oil dries up wayyy to quickly! What a shame. You end up dosing your partner in oil just so you get a nice smooth rub on. Oh and don't get me started on one that gets the bottle oily and barely usable. But I digress, I'll search for the exact one I have in mind and put all my frustrations there next.

So this oil is GREAT. I emphasize that so you don't get confused from my mini rant about all the terrible ones. It has an easy pop-push button cap (whatever you actually call them, it eludes me thus far). That means that when you want to add a little oil at a time, if you don't like too much, it's really easy. Also makes it easy for you and your partner to switch so you both get that sexy awesome feeling!

Almost forgot as I was finishing up all my other things. The ingredients, DUH! That's really important to a lot of people! So the company, Intimate Organics, says that they use 100% USDA certified extracts, which is freaking cool. I don't know what the difference between the extracts and saying ingredients would be, but at least there is organic stuff in it! I took a look at their website and learned that there are a lot of ingredients that can be harmful to your body. The massage oils don't seem to be all that different but now that I know I'll definitely try one of the lubes they make. Makes a lot of sense to avoid things like menthol and paraben that can cause issues to your health in the long term. Peace of mind is great.

I find that massages are really great at relaxing you when you're high stressed and need a break in order to get more into the mood and enjoy what a release sex can be. This stuff is great. The oil itself is superb. If the chocolate scent (which is faint and tasteful) is not something you're interested in then there are also other great scents. There are two others here. I didn't purchase mine on here (guilty) but in the store I was at (which is because I like to smell them first before buying) they had three others and one was OMG so tasty! Unfortunately I wanted something I could review here for everyone as a starter thing. So I bought my favourite out of the ones they had on the site. But if you are going to a shop and they have the other scents then they are definitely worth checking out! Really there's a scent for almost anyone, and the oil is really great quality in my opinion too!!

Great experience with this stuff! We had such a relaxing and spa like time together. I'm a huge massage ham and will jump at the chance to get one! We found that we both loved the scent of this one and so we swapped each other out so we could both get a nice break for our backs and really help mellow us out. I find it great as a pre-stress reliever before sex and makes (for me at least) sex much easier, and insertion in particular a less dreadful experience (which when I get stressed it totally can be an infuriating and saddening feeling).

Everyone should get a massage and invest in finding an oil that they can use with their partner, way worth it.
