Supple ,Creamy yumminess

This product is awesome at keeping my skin hydrated, which is particularly hard because I have eczema. First, I think it's really cute in its egg shaped container and it is a twist off lid. It's best if used on the lips(and in my case my entire face). Because of the essential oils used, it is awesome for moisture retention and it doesn't have anything weird. It does have a slightly "grainy" texture, but nothing that should turn you off, especially because of the benefits that ensue with use. It smells good too.

As I've mentioned before, the texture is slightly grainy in large clumps, but it applies very smoothly. It leaves behind a minimal barrier that keeps the moisture in. Also, because of the mint content, there is a bit of a tingle with application.

I owned the mint kind, and my girlfriend had the red fruit kind and it smelled like juicy fruit. Another interesting note is that these EOS lip products do not taste bad at all. The taste is not a heavy mint, but a gentle, creamy peppermint. The smell is a medium intensity, it lasts a few minutes (it does not overload any one's senses) and the smell dissipates, but the effectiveness does not.

With almost everyday use, this product lasted much longer than I thought it would. It was about 4-6 months. There's also a grate at the bottom to help support the balm's egg shape and I cut through that to get at the rest of the balm at the bottom. I never washed it off on purpose because it absorbs through the skin. It is hard to get off because of the essential oils within the balm. I loved the presentation, the smell, the taste (of the fruity one) and the lasting power.

For people who are a little more adventurous and can handle more intensity, try a little on the genitals. It will light you up. Anything arm- like say a mouth- will be suuper inviting.
