Tanning lotion

Cake's supreme body mousse is a great body lotion for all over body use or just for rougher areas like knees and elbows. This mousse will keep your skin soft all day long, especially when used in combination with Cake's body washes. The fragrance is very strong upon application and fades away slowly. If you are sensitive to strong fragrances or prone to headaches caused by intense scents, this may not be the right lotion for you.

The body mousse has a thick consistency while maintaining a whipped airy texture. It moisturizes very well, this is a rich but fluffy lotion. It is not runny at all, it will not drip all over if you apply a dollop to yourself. It also leaves behind no greasy residue and absorbs quickly and completely.

Desserted Island reminds me of tanning lotion or sunscreen. It has a very intense scent at first, but once it is applied the coconut diffuses slightly, and the smell is bearable. I personally like more subtle hints of coconut in my lotions. There is also mango butter and macadamia seed oil in the mousse, which adds to the tropical essence. As the lotion absorbs into the skin, the vanilla notes come through more and the overall aroma mellows out. I think I will opt for the unscented version of this product next time, since I love how soft my skin is after using it, but I only tolerate the smell. If you enjoy sugary, intense coconut aromas, this lotion may be perfect for you.

Cake's body mousse is a great product, a little goes a long way with this lotion. It is so rich and creamy I need a small dollop to cover my body. I like to use this after a shower or bath to seal in moisture. I use Cake's Milk Made bath bubbles as a body wash and bubble bath. This lotion combined with their body wash keeps my skin super soft. I feel smoother and softer for up to 8 hours after applying. The scent lasts for several hours as well, subtle hints of coconut linger on me all day.

The body mousse arrived in a plastic bag which contained the bottle. There was no seal on the bottle itself,but luckily it did not spill during transit. The flip top lid of the bottle is easy to use, even one handed. The lotion comes out nicely, and because of the thick consistency there are rarely spills.
There is no indication that this product was purchased on a sex toy website, so it is very discreet.

This product does contain glycerin, polymers, and esters of polyethylene glycol. Cake boasts that it is paraben-free and all, but these ingredients are not the best. For those with glycerin sensitivities or those interested in all natural products, I would not recommend this body mousse.
