Ultra moisturizing shave cream - shaving foam discontinued by Evolution of Smooth - review by sexyfun

Evolution of Smooth's Ultra Moisturizing Shave Cream is a wonderful luxury to try during your next shaving routine. It usually comes in a plastic bag in case any accidents happen during shipping. I purchased the Lavender Jasmine scent which came in a purple bottle. The bottle feels like velvety plastic and has these dents in it which are actually quite useful for holding the bottle in your hands when it's wet. The bottle features a pump top for getting the cream out. The bottle itself doesn't smell of anything. I did notice however that when I removed the clear plastic cap and smelled the top of the pump it smelled terribly of gasoline or something close to that. The bottle holds 7 fluid ounces or 207 milliliters.


To use the shave cream just pump 2 or 3 pumps worth of cream into your hand and then rub on the area you wish to shave. The Lavender Jasmine scent is a light purple colored cream and smells very nice. I can't put my finger on it, but I think it smells like some perfume I really like. The cream has a creamy consistency. It actually rubs into your skin very easily so be sure not to rub it in all the way if you're going to shave with it. It does not take much to get the desired effect so start with a little bit and add more if you need to. I tried to put it on my wet legs but noticed that the cream didn't spread so well. I then dried them off and tried it and that works much better. Since it does not take much cream to shave the bottle will probably last you a while.



The shave cream does not contain parabens but it does contain glycerin. Please do your research on the ingredients and test it out on a small patch of skin if you are uncertain. It washes off very easily with warm water and does not feel greasy or oily afterwards. My skin feels wonderfully moisturized and best of all it smells like Lavender Jasmine!
