The Liberator series of position pillows are just that: position pillows. They assist in maintaining sexual positions and achieving angles of penetration or access that otherwise might require more effort. They don't sag and compress like other pillows and that includes memory foam, which we used prior to this. I find this helps a lot for cunnilingus and makes for better access and less neck and jaw strain vs. her laying flat. It can also boost her up on the bed for male standing/female sitting or laying positions. And best of all it can help with G-spot stimulation by giving you a better angle to work with.

I'd even venture to guess it would be beneficial to women trying to get pregnant (if that is your goal), as it really boosts up your rear and would allow the sperm to settle down at the cervix as you are propped up.

Some have used it for female on top and claim it helps, but we have not tried this yet, nor feel the need to at this time.

The Heart wedge is well made and looks fantastic on the bed. You have a good variety of colors from neutral to vibrant to choose from if you want to coordinate or accent your current bedroom (or living room etc) colors. It is small enough, and being heart shaped, that it can be less than obvious it is a sex pillow. It's not quite as embarassing as leaving out a dildo or butt plug if someone did know what it was anyway. It also can double as a back/head rest if you like to read in bed or prop yourself up. It even works as a laptop computer desk, though if you have a poorly ventilated one like me it will probably overheat (big flaw in HP/compaq laptops). You can even use it to prop your legs/feet up while resting or if you have short legs, you could place it on the floor and rest your feet on it at a desk.

The cover can zip off for easy cleaning and can be machine or hand washed. Inside that is a 2nd waterproof layer that covers and protects the foam cushion inside and can be unzipped as well. The cushion is very firm and maintains it's shape after use. It has little or no give for us (She is about 145lbs currently and he is 200+).

All in all, the workmanship just looks great on the heart wedge. It just and feels looks well made.

I was actually prepared to get the Jaz by Liberator after an EF friend tipped me off on a good deal, but the heart seemed like a better choice for 2 small reasons. The shape doesn't scream sex toy and the design of the heart actually seems like it would give better access to anal play, because of the "crease" (for lack of better term) of the heart. I also saved about $5 too, because they are pretty comparably priced.

The Heart wedge was very helpful and enabled us to try positions that were inconsistent using regular and memory foam pillows to achieve. It is very simple and comfortable to use and maintains its shape, even with all your weight on it. It is definitely something to be part of our regular sex life.

My heart wedge arrived in a brown box and was packed in a sealed clear recycleable plastic bag with tags attached to the pillow itself.

We store this on the bed or above it, on the headboard, out of the way. Because we have pets, we keep it up there out of reach or under the covers, when not in use to keep fur from clinging to it. The outside liner can be zipped off and removed and either hand or machine washed. Small stains can be easily wiped away as well.

Due to the relatively small size the heart wedge is relatively easy to store compared to larger sex furniture pieces.

I found the heart wedge did what it was supposed to do and did it well. I'd almost say it is too high, but it worked just fine. I guess it was just a bit higher than I expected. Appearance wise, it surpassed my expectations and feels very soft and velvety on the surface. It makes for a nice accent pillow (we got red).
