This is certainly one of our favorite toys to use! It is the perfect handle size and has a very strong suction to hold an impressive amount of body weight. The mechanism behind the incredibly strong suction is a two-step process. First one must press hard against the shower wall, and then flip the clip to reinforce the suction. This two-tier process makes for a ridiculously strong suction that will also allow for easy removal without needing glues or special adhesives.

There is literally no cleaning involved in the shower. We don't keep it in the shower when we aren't playing. So we let it air dry and then store it in the toy drawer. The material is of hard plastic and it has yet to scratch or crack. It has an impressively soft feel without having any padding. The lack of rubber around the handle has actually maintained cleanliness of the toy. There have been times when lubrication on our hand ended up on the handle, which was super easy to remove with a little rinsing and hand soap.

The only drawback is that it won't suction on to every shower surface. In other words, it has to be completely smooth and dry prior to using it. This may also be the result of our super high expectations of using the toy. The toy is interesting in that the longer it stays on the wall the sturdier and stronger the suction. After using it for several years it has not worn down or made the suction any less powerful. When a company is over and we forgot to hide our favorite toy, most have overlooked it as it doesn't look too obvious to be a play toy and its simple color scheme actually looks a part of the shower itself.

Our favorite position to use is standing up while one of us or both hold on to the strong handle. There hasn't been a time we play in the shower that we haven't used this toy.
