Stimulating pleasure balm - clit lube by Kama Sutra - review by Emelisse2

Since deciding that it was time to start our family, my husband and I have been in a second honeymoon phase. We rapidly worked through our supply of naughty and nice, and decided to find some new products to sample. When we saw the Kama Sutra Pleasure Balm on sale, we were delighted. We've enjoyed their products in the past, and the description sounded...tantalizing.

Unfortunately, the product was on sale for a reason.

The scent and sensations are the only things about this product that actually lived up to the hype. It does smell faintly strawberry, but neither my husband nor I can pick up on the champagne at all. On my skin, the feeling is somewhat chilling, but only when applied liberally. At first we tried a shallow smear, but it wasn't until we really piled it on that the cooling sensation took effect.

But the taste... please take it from me, that is an experience that you will sincerely wish to avoid. It starts off kind of sweetly pleasant, but it morphs into a minty, bubblegum/menthol mess that completely overpowers your senses. I would actually prefer the taste of a cough drop right now. If that's not bad enough, I'm left with the taste of rubber bands in my mouth after each lick.

Let's just say that entirely ruined the mood.

My husband was sweet enough to run to the kitchen to get me something to get the awful taste out of my mouth. Bless that man. He understands that a spoonful of hot fudge can soothe so many ills!

By far, this is the most disappointed I've been in one of Kama Sutra's products. I'm glad that we got this one on sale, because it would be horrible to have to throw away something more expensive. This is so bad, it's bound for the dump.
