Astroglide glycerin and paraben free - lubricant discontinued by BioFilm - review by Cupcake Girl

I remember back to the days when I used the cheapest lube I could get my hands on. It was thick, sticky, smelly, and worst of all, irritated my skin. I remember feeling like I coated my vagina in vaseline when I used other lubes. Gross! When Astroglide came out with their glycerin and paraben free lube, I had to try it. I've been using it ever since.

This lube is great. It's water based, non-staining, not sticky, and has no real odor to it. It works great with all toys, which is a plus. It also works really well and keeps it's slickness during anal sex, which I can't say is true for other lubes I've tried in the past. With this lube, a little really does go a long way. Another plus is that if you feel it drying out, you can just add a little water to your fingers and it brings the lube back to life.

Cleanup is easy with this lube, too. A little soap and warm water cleans up any person or toy in a snap. One caution, though. If you drip any on your hardwood floors, clean it up right away. You don't want to slip on a few drops and go crashing into your bedroom door! No one was hurt, but it could have been avoided with a quick clean up.

I have extremely sensitive skin. Before finding this glycerin and paraben free lube I would constantly have UTI's or yeast infections. So not sexy! Other lubes actually felt like they were burning my skin when I used them. Ouch! I can honestly say that since I've been using this kind of Astroglide I have not suffered from either UTI or yeast infection, and it never, ever burns when I use it. That's a really big plus.

I recommend the Astroglide that is glycerin and paraben free to all my girlfriends. It contains only 5 ingredients and has great staying power. No odor or taste and it won't stain your sheets! The best part? It comes in a 2.5oz bottle, so you can pack it in your carry-on!

I recently found the Astroglide Natural formula, which is even better for my skin than this glycerin and paraben free formula. I don't like this formula as much any more, but will still use it in a pinch.
