Platinum bodyglide is an awesome silicone based lube. It works well for all sexual lubrication needs. It's great for either vaginal sex or anal sex, hand jobs, masturbation, sex toys and water play. However, I do not recommend using this lube for silicone toys as it can deteriorate the silicone.

This lube is very slick and runny so use caution as to not get it all over the sheets like we did the first time we used it. I found this lube almost more oily than most silicone based lubes that I've used. There was a really oily residue on my hands afterwards that I had to wash off as soon as possible or I would have gotten it everywhere. It's not sticky at all, it's very very slick.

There's no scent whatsoever to this lube but there is a really nasty taste to it that I didn't like. I would recommend using it for penetration strictly and not oral play. Instead, use a dollop of a flavored oral specific lube and then use the platinum bodyglide when you're ready for penetration.

This lube is very long lasting. We were able to go from vaginal to anal only having to reapply it once and that was only to lube up the condom a bit for the anal. We've never felt the need to moisten it up with water or spit, it'll stay moist for as long as you need it to. No flakes with this one.

It's a pretty oily lube so you're going to have to wash it off with some soap and water when you're done but it cleans up pretty wells.

The best thing about this lube is how slick it is. It's our favorite anal lube by far.

The only bad thing that I can say about the bodyglide is that it's a bit oily but by no means is that a deal breaker for us.

The bodyglide is in a tall thing circular bottle. It looks a little bit different than in the picture but only the color of the lettering on the sticker. Mine is red and silver instead of blue, red and silver.

It's a pop top bottle so it can get a little slick when reapplying so you might want to wash the bottle down after use so that it doesn't stain anything. The pop top is great for sealing it and making it completely travel friendly. Just make sure that it's screwed on properly.
