I like this enhancement gel more than others because it has more of a cooling sensation than it does a warming. At times it almost feels like both though. The first application only lasted 5 minutes or so and I was disappointed. I decided to apply it again and this time it lasted over 20.

The first time I used this I was playing solo and it put me in the mood immediately. It made my orgasms more intense and didn't distract. The second time, I used it during sex and I think after a while the sensation went away from being mixed with lubricant. It still felt amazing building up to the ending orgasm.
