I would just pass on getting this product. It is not worth the price tag. This has been the worst lube we have tried in almost 20 years.

Use

This lube is designed for use with a SO. It is not a lube for masturbation, or oral, and definitely not anal. It comes in two separate bottles, one for her and one for him. The yours bottle (for him) and the mine bottle (for her) are both 1.5 fl oz. With each lubed with their lube, a warming sensation is felt when the 2 lubes are combined from penetration. K-Y yours + mine is compatible with latex condoms only. It is water based. We have not used it with any toys, so I do not know if it would be compatible with all types of material or not.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

This is a pretty thin lube. Just thicker than water. If you are not careful when applying, it can make a real mess. They come in a flip top bottle, making it pretty easy to open and pour, making it easier to over pour and make a huge mess. When applied, it has an almost sticky feeling, not like a sticky candy feeling, but a "not enough lube, getting too much drag" type of feeling. I would expect a lube with this price tag to do what it was designed to do and lube our intimate areas, without re-applying or drying out in a matter of minutes.

Taste / Aroma

There is no strong smell with this lube. You can kind of get a faint "lube" smell, but unless your nose is down there, you can not notice it. I did not taste it, seeing how this is not a flavored lube designed for oral sex.

Performance

Performance? What performance? If you count making your manhood feel like it was on fire, then it performed well. The slickness only lasted for a few minutes. My spit will outlast this lube. Now, keep in mind that my spit will not light your fire! Washing it off when you're done takes some water at a minimum. Just using a towel will leave you sticky in the morning. Not a great feeling for the busy day ahead of you.

Packaging

K-Y yours + mine comes in 2 flip top bottles. It includes a holder that both bottles can be inserted into. It does little good but to keep the two bottles together. They do not stand up on their own. I would not trust these for any kind of travel, without keeping them inside a plastic zip lock bag.

Experience

I would not recommend this product. It dries too fast, feels sticky, burns you, and is very expensive. My wife brought this home one day from the local PHx, as a surprise for the night. We have only used it twice. It would have only been used once, but we thought since she paid so much for it we would give it another try. I was hoping for a tingling feeling, but no luck. This lube was a big let down. I do not believe I will purchase another K-Y brand lube anytime soon.
Follow-up commentary
since the orginal review was written, our KY lube has somehow spilled all over the closet. I was pissed off, not because of the lose of the lube; but because I had to clean it up. This was a horible product from day one and will not be missed. I am just sorry the wife paid full price for this at the local store. I guess it was the thought that counted.

I have seen alot of reviews come out in the last couple of months for KY yours and mine, and they have all said the same thing. How bad this lube is. I am glade that it was not just use this lube did not work for, but just about everyone else who took the time to write about it.

    I hated this stuff, too. Waaay too expensive and not effective. That pretty much goes for all K-Y stuff, though.
