Eyelash lace bustier - bustier discontinued by Coquette - review by Istarbel

This is a beautiful bustier. It is made out of beautiful but resistant silky material. The green is a beautiful radiant green which looks great with my olive skin tone. The satiny silky material looks beautiful with the black lace, whose pattern resembles the feathers of peacocks. It has a good black ribbon lacing which are laced in the middle as should be. The straps are great quality and so are the garter belts, both are removable. The hooks are good and resilient. It has incredibly great construction and comes with the most wonderfully beautiful hangers.

I had the bars on it re-done in a corset atelier where I live. I did this because love it and I wanted to be as comfortable and for it to last as long as possible. It is sort of comfortable with out getting them replaced but I found that the bars would bend often when I sat.

Since I have a short torso it can sometimes be uncomfortable to sit straight as it digs on my pelvic bone. The garter belts look great and are functional, and the added bonus of being able to chose when they are needed and when you can take them off to wear jeans or other pants.


This item can be worn as outer wear as it has a vanity panel but I found it hard to make sure it wouldn't wrinkle. The cups are on the low end of things so if you are going to wear out side you should keep this in mind as a low bend might leave you embarrassed. The straps are a great in order to keep everything where should be. I found this straps to cut a little into her skins. The hooks can be a hassle to do up but it is well worth it.

I still love this bustier. As I previously stated, I had the bars changed which made it so much better. I had some boudoir pictures taken with it and I loved it. It made me feel especially sexy and great.

As for the quality the fabric, it is still beautiful and the lace is intact. This is a good quality item.
