Satin lycra gloves - glove discontinued by Coquette - review by mpfm

The satin lycra gloves are the perfect accessory for role playing costumes. They are from Coquette and are available in red, black, and silver. I have the red and they are very bright and attractive. The quality is very good. I'd like to pick up the silver and black sometime.

Just as advertised they slide up past my elbows. I was afraid they wouldn't be long enough and shorter gloves just aren't as elegant. I was very pleased that these are indeed elbow length gloves. I am plus size and I have no trouble fitting in these. My fingers fit perfectly. There are no weird places with unsightly saggy material and they don't roll down. They fit smooth and tight from my finger tips up past my elbows for a flawless appearance. I feel like a princess in them. I wear these with several different costumes but my favorite is a saloon girl.

The material is very stretchy. They are 88% nylon and 12% spandex. They only come in one size, but the spandex will help to form fit around many sizes. The material feels smooth and satiny. It isn't itchy at all. I love to run my hand down the silky goodness. My husband loves it when I touch him with the gloves on. He's very fond of a hand job with the gloves on. I prefer not to get them soiled, but I do oblige him sometimes. According to him there's nothing quite like a silky hand job.

They don't have any care instructions on the tag. Most items made of nylon and spandex should be hand washed. That's what I do with these. I haven't had any problems with them. They clean up easy and are still free from any snagging. They came in a plastic bag with cardboards cutouts in the individual gloves. I keep them in my lingerie drawer. The material doesn't wrinkle so they are always ready to wear.
