Dual action vibrator discontinued
by Leaf

A toy that can be used for almost anything.

The price tag of the Vitality might be considered steep but Leaf does provide a quality toy. All women are built different but the Vitality is the first toy that I feel acknowledges that fact. If you are a fan of luxury toys and having multiple areas stimulated at once, the Vitality is definitely something you should consider.

Use

The Vitality quickly has become my go-to vibrator. In the past, I have not been a fan of rabbit style vibrators since they never seem to work with my anatomy. The vitality is the first toy that I have found that really does a GREAT job. Because of the flexibility that both of the "arms" have, the Vitality can be used to stimulate just about anything. It can be used in a traditional sense with the larger arm inserted and the smaller one pressing against your clit or you can flex the arms so that the arms it provides clitoral and external anal stimulation. A really interesting way I really enjoyed was using the Vitality "upside down" with the larger arm inserted and the smaller arm pressing against my ass. Using it this way gives slight G-Spot stimulation because of the slight curve the larger arm has.

Material / Texture

The texture of the Vitality is a smooth silicone. The smooth silicone is my favorite material but it can be a hair or lint magnet. The only texture that the Vitality has is a very subtle seam that runs the full length of the toy. It is extremely subtle, but I kind of wish that it wasn't there considering the price. As for scent, I couldn't really detect anything noticeable once I washed it the first time and got the plastic smell from the packaging off of it.

Design / Shape / Size

The design of the Vitality is a unique take on a rabbit style vibrator. The arm meant to be inserted is a little larger than the arm that is meant to rest on your clit. Both arms are flexible so you don't have to mess around with trying to position it correcting. The Vitality is rather small and would probably be great for someone who is a beginner. I also think that someone who doesn't usually enjoy traditional rabbit style vibrators might be able to get some pleasure out of the Vitality. As I stated before, this was the first toy of this style that I have ever been able to actually make use of both the insertable portion and the clitoral portion.

In general, the Vitality isn't very big. Neither arms are big enough to provide a "full" feeling for me and I am a small person. If you are someone who likes a long or thick vibrator, this probably isn't for you. On the other hand, it makes up for its small size with it's power.

The Vitality would also be a great toy to travel with since it is small enough to tuck away and it has a built in travel lock (pressing both buttons for a few seconds locks and unlocks it). I don't know if I would consider it super discreet but it also doesn't scream "VIBRATOR" like some that are more penis shaped.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The controls for the Vitality are very simple.

There are 2 buttons. One controls each arm. The larger arm tends to give off more of a rumbley vibration while the smaller one gives off a more buzzy vibration. To turn either arm on, you press it's respective button and hold until it reaches the desired strength. Press again to turn off. I own a fair amount of vibrators and I would consider the Vitality extremely strong considering it's size. The best part is how quiet this toy is. It is no louder than the vibrate function on a cell phone. Behind a closed door or under a blanket it would be undetectable.

One thing that is important to note is the lack of any patterns on the toy. Personally, I don't mind so much since I prefer a steady rumble but I know some people like patterns.

The Vitality is rechargeable and after the initial 3 hours charge I was able to get about 2 and a half hours of use out of it (on high) before it started to weaken. I have a couple toys that last a bit longer per charge but considering the strength and the dual motors, I think the time of use is very reasonable.

Care and Maintenance

The vitality comes with a little storage bag which makes storing it very simple. When it comes to cleaning, I just use toy cleaner and usually let it air dry since any time I try to dry it it seems to have lint or little bits of fabric that stick to it. Other than that, there isn't much maintenance that needs to be done other than throwing it on the charger.

Packaging

The packaging the Vitality came in was actually pretty impressive. The box it comes in is actually pretty nice and has a magnetic strip that makes the box snap shut so you could definitely use the box for storage. Initially, the toy and charger come individually wrapped in plastic but a cloth storage bag is provided as well.

Personal comments

Overall, I really like the Vitality. I am a big fan of rechargeable, "luxury" toys but sometimes I can't help but feel that they don't live up to the price tag. In the case of the Vitality, I think it was worth the money especially considering the warranty. Other than being a great toy, it's also fun to use with a partner since you can flex the arms in all sorts of ways to stimulate just about anything you can think of.

Experience

My experience with the toy probably wouldn't fit in this review. After charging it for the first time, my partner and I spent over two hours playing with it and trying to think of interesting ways to manipulate it. Because of how flexible the arms are, there are a million possibilities. I was able to achieve every type of orgasm you can imagine with the Vitality and I can't say that for many other toys.
Follow-up commentary
After having the Vitality for a decent amount of time, I have to say I really still enjoy it. It's one of my go-to toys and it has held up a lot better than most of the toys I've had as 'favorites' over the years. It still holds a charge for about as long as when I first purchased it and is just as powerful. Since I wrote this review, I have purchased one of of the V2 Leaf vibrators and this one is still my favorite because of the way the vibrations can be adjusted. I would definitely still recommend the Vitality, and if you're into patterns, there is now a Vitality V2!
