The G4 Tiger is from the new generation of Fun Factory toys and one of the most expensive vibes I've ever bought, but it was worth every penny! The Tiger isn't very discreet, but its fun colors and sleek design make it so you almost don't want to hide it at all (or at least I don't).

It's designed as a g-spot vibrator with a clitoral nub, and while I found the first aspect more than satisfactory, I couldn't get the Tiger in the right spot for the clitoral appendage to do me any good. I admit that I have a tilted pelvis which makes most clit-stimulating additions difficult to navigate, but the almost negligible size of it makes me think I might not be the only person that would have difficulty. With the strong and deep vibrations provided from the Tiger, however, it's not hard to forgive this vibe's one shortcoming.

I also found that while the clitoral appendage did nothing for me, the curve of the Tiger vibe was perfect to pull out mid-stroke and rub along my clitoris and labia before easily slipping right back into my vagina for deep and full penetration. The tip of the Tiger vibe can be equally useful for more pin-pointed clitoral stimulation and the vibrations run down the length of the toy rather than focusing strictly at the base like many vibrators do.

You can use this alone or with a partner. The Tiger vibe doesn't really need any accompaniment, though if you had a partner use it on you while they performed some clit-focused oral sex, it can be quite sensational. Enjoy in the tub, shower or pool because in addition to being just an excellent vibrator the Tiger vibe is also completely waterproof (which also makes cleaning it sinfully easy, but more on that later).

Like all of the G4 vibes, the Tiger is made of 100% silicone with a plastic handle. The high-grade material is incredibly soft and very pleasant to the touch, as well as making the vibe easier to manipulate internally if you're a gal that is a little tight. The silicone is almost velvety to the touch and honestly a lot of fun to just have in your hand. It's not a slick material on its own, however, and benefits from the use of a silicone-safe lube.

It has no real odor to speak of, except perhaps that faint new-out-of-the-box scent which is maintained even after use and wash. It is in no way overpowering or unpleasant, however, and for those of you that are surrounded by other scents such as candles or incense you're not likely to notice it at all. Similarly, it has no real taste but the texture was smooth against my tongue and I found that I rather enjoyed sucking on the toy before use in lieu of using artificial lubricant (though I realize that's not an option for everyone).

The g-spot shaft and clitoral stimulator both have the benefit of textured ridges all along the top side of the vibe. For those that are texture junkies, it's not likely to impress you. I honestly can't say that the ridges along the shaft provided any real extra stimulus, though they do add to the sleek and futuristic design of the toy and make it look quite a bit like a Roy Rodgers laser gun.

I mentioned the Roy Rodgers laser gun earlier, and I think that about sums up the look and feel of most of the G4 vibes. The brightly colored shafts matched with a sleek, white plastic ergonomic handle make each of the G4 vibes quite futuristic looking and the Tiger vibe is no exception. The buttons along the handle even pulsate and glow faintly when charging and sometimes even when not in use (I have yet to figure out why it does it when not in use or charging, though).

The Tiger vibe is lightweight and easily concealed in a suitcase or drawer. It's not really discreet, however, but you could probably get away with having it out on a dresser charging if you have a bunch of other brightly colored and oddly shaped objects littering your room.

The one caution I would provide to anyone thinking about getting this as a first vibe is that the Tiger vibe is deceptively thick. He's not enough to impress a size queen, but I had difficulty getting it in the first time I used it. After a while, it's gotten easier, but the Tiger vibe is still a very full-bodied vibe.

I am a power queen, so a good deal of the time I end up unimpressed by vibes claiming to have 'strong' vibrations. I never order anything fewer than 4 "vrooms", and even then I frequently end up disappointed. Not so with the Tiger vibe, however! I am happy to report that the first time I took the Tiger vibe out of its box and turned it on the vibrations were so strong it almost instantly made my hand go numb! And the performance definitely carried over to use, the Tiger vibe managing a soft but still noticeable and pleasant hum on its lowest setting and quite an impressive motor when set to the max. This power also extended to the 3 vibration patterns, a fact for which I was pleasantly surprised as most vibration patterns just feel weaker on the whole to me.

The buttons follow the curve of the toy making them easy to manipulate without being too distracting. I'm a big girl and frequently have some difficulty being able to reach or change button settings on vibrators, but I had no issue with the Tiger vibe once I learned the approximate place of the +/-/* buttons (the * button being the one that activates high intensity pulsation and scale patterns and can also be used to turn the vibe on). The handle of the toy seemed odd to me at first, though I realize now that the loop handle makes it ideal for partner use because a few fingers can be curled inside and suddenly whoever has got it has full control. It's a lot more friendly than just grabbing a base and sometimes stabbing your partner in the thighs with long/sharp nails while vigorously thrusting the vibe in and out, at least in my opinion.

I haven't gotten a chance to use the vibe in any submerged body of water yet, unfortunately, but I am not too worried. The Tiger vibe holds up to the reputation of being 100% waterproof so far though, and I look forward to an opportunity to test it out more thoroughly.

The Tiger vibe is actually provided a sample of Fun Factory Toyfluid, a water-based and sticky lubricant that wasn't to my liking, but everyone has their own preferences. If you are going to use lube, be sure to use water-based materials, as silicone lube will damage your silicone vibe. Lube or no, however, the Tiger vibe remained exceedingly easy to clean. The benefit of a waterproof vibe is not having to worry about being careful of any moisture in a battery compartment or other electrical and sensitive areas. Just stick the Tiger vibe under the faucet and gently scrub clean with warm water and antibacterial soap.

The semi-porous silicone is actually very easy to store. You can wrap it in a towel and stuff it in a drawer or just go for the drawer if you'd like (though, I'd recommend cleaning before and after use in that case). Personally, I tend to put my Tiger back in its box because the plastic tray tends to protect it from dust, dirt and other nasty particles no one wants on their vibe.

The box was impressively large and actually a quite handsome display for the vibe. Initially unpacking it was an exercise in confusion, however, as there is a little box they somehow managed to fit inside the big one. The little box contains rather a lot of fine print paperwork that I assume was the user manual as well as the charger. I keep the little box because it is actually the perfect size to keep batteries in and so it now has it's own home in my Cock Box.

The box itself is about as discreet as the vibe, a picture of each of the G4 vibes gracing it's sides. However, like the vibe, is charming with its bright colors and sleek size. The front has two flaps that open and close to provide a view of your vibe, and it makes not only for a great display item in a store but a rather classy gift.

Personally, I really liked this vibe and would strongly recommend it to most women. The women I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to, however, are those (like me) who absolutely need clitoral stimulation to achieve orgasm.
