Use

The G4 Tiger is a rechargeable vibrator by Fun Factory. The G4 series is known for having toys of a larger size compared to some of Fun Factory's other products. The Tiger is made as a rabbit vibrator. While the clitoral attachment might not work for everyone, there is a distinct nub at the base of the toy for this purpose. The G4 Tiger is of the click n' charge series; it has a magnetic charger. This also means that the toy is submergible and waterproof. It's a good option for those who live with others or enjoy shower play.



Because the Tiger has formidable measurements and textures, I wouldn't recommend this as a beginner's toy. Beginners might wish to look at other Fun Factory toys like the Bimini Ocean and Flash. Intermediate to advanced users will appreciate the qualities of this toy. Also, this toy can technically be used as an anal toy given the clitoral attachment (which acts like a safety feature for anal play). This is specified in the instructions included with the toy.

Material & Texture

The Tiger's usable portion is made of silicone. Silicone ranks a 10 out of 10 on the Material Safety Scale. It is non porous so bacteria cannot grow inside the toy. Silicone is very body safe, hypoallergenic and latex free. The silicone has some definite textures to it. The Tiger has 9 raised stripes on the shaft and 2 on the clitoral attachment. The head is slightly pointed to ease insertion. The stripes are on the front of the toy (where the clitoral attachment is) and fades to smoothness as you get to the back of the toy.

The handle of the toy is made of white, shiny plastic. The handle where the controls are have a hollow center, so you can loop your fingers around the controls with ease.



The texture is very present. Water lubricant can always be used to make insertion easier. Intermediate users may want to take this one slow. Start slow if you intend to thrust with this. The texture might be too intense for some if you thrust with it. Still, if the size is okay for you and you want to try texture, this is a worthy option. The Tiger is more flexible bent sideways. It is more sturdy if you apply pressure forwards or backwards. This makes it an option for those who need firm stimulation for G-spotting.

Size & Design

I would not recommend the Tiger for beginners. His size could be intimidating for some. The Tiger has a total length of 8.75 inches with an insertable length of 6 inches. Those with more shallow vaginas may not be able to enjoy the clitoral nub as much since you have to insert the length of the toy to get to it. The width of the toy is 4.75 inches. For comparison, the average circumference for many toys is around 4 to 4.5 inches.



This doesn't include the feelings of girth the textures give it. Given the dimensions of the toy I would recommend it for intermediate user or beyond and only those who are aware (or are cool with) the location of the clitoral attachment. Those who have had smaller toys and are looking for an upgrade should give the G4 series a serious look.

Functions & Controls

This is where the fun begins! There are three buttons on the controls. There is a plus button, a minus button and a asterisk * button. Even if the toy is off, it will glow a yellow wight a yellow light when it is touched or handled. To turn the toy on by either pressing the * button or the plus. Pressing the plus button for a couple of seconds will turn the toy onto the first standard vibration. Pressing the plus button again will increase the intensity of the vibrations. At max, this intensity is a solid 4 vrooms. This should work for just about everyone.



Press the * button to turn to the patterns. The patterns are: quick rumbles, fast, escalating rumbles, rollar coaster rumbles. There's not a huge difference between them, but they're nice to have. The Tiger is rechargeable. It lasts over an hour and takes 1-2 to charge. It is a click n' charge. To charge the toy, just match the "Fun Factory" logo on the charger to the back of the control on the toy. If it lights red, then there is a connection and the toy will charge.

It may be a little finicky but it also makes the toy submersible. It also is discreet with a max noise of 2 Bees. You shouldn't be heard beyond a closed door. For what it is, it's not bad to travel with. Just wrap it with something lint free to protect the silicone.

Care & Maintenance

The care for Tiger isn't that bad. You'll need to take time to clean around the stripes to remove debris, but that's what you pay when you want texture, so this should be no issue. Soap and water, a 10 percent bleach solution, or toy cleaners/wipes all work great. I prefer wipes to get into the crevices of the toy. This toy also is a bit of a lint magnet. Once clean, wrap in a non-lint towel or cloth. Only used water based lubes with this toy.

Packaging

The packaging is pretty consistent with Fun Factory packaging, but there are a few differences. The Tiger has the charger in the same box with it. Open the Fun Factory box to see the instructions, charger and toy.



I wish there was a pouch for this toy. You spend less for the Delight and that has a pouch. I feel that the Tiger should deserve one.

Final Thoughts

I was hesitant about the G4 series. They looked great, but they always looked to big for me. I have a fairly short vagina. However, my partner expressed interest in this one and I always buy toys he shows interest in. It is one of the few toys he likes. His favorite to date are the Bimini Ocean, Ina 2, and the Tiger. He has named the Tiger Stripes (so creative, I know). I just tell him up to where he can insert it to spare my cervix abuse.

The one thing fo me is that I can't physically reach the clitoral nub. It's okay since I can use the head of the toy for such if I wanted (that and I have better toys for the purpose). Overall, this isn't a toy I would choose for myself but I don't regret it.
