Always remember not to use Gigi while she's charging. Don't charge Gigi for more than 24 hours. If Gigi's battery is running low, her LED interface will emit a red glow, which will prompt you to charge her.

Gigi's interface includes four buttons. In order to increase the levels of vibrations, simply press the (+) button. In order to decrease the levels of vibration, simply press the (-) button.
Gigi has five modes in which to stimulate yourself with:
1. Continuous vibration
2. Pulse
3. Fast pulse
4. Faster pulse
5. Escalation
In order to scroll through these, there are up an down arrows on the interface that allows for it.

If you need to immediately turn Gigi off, press and hold the middle of the interface for one second and she'll become instantly silent.

Only use antibacterial soap and warm water to clean your Gigi. Take care never to get water near the interface or charging port. You'll also want to stick with water based lubricants. Silicone lubricants can cause an ugly reaction to your toy, just as storing your Gigi with other silicone toys. Use the pouch that LELO sent you for storage and keep Gigi tucked away safe, free of lint and debris.

Gigi arrived in layers of luxury. On the outside of the first, paper, recyclable box is a full-sized photo of Gigi. This box includes a lists of contents, quite a few advertising features in at least six different languages, and a blurb about Gigi.

The second box is made of a thicker, cardboard-like material. It's all black and compartmentalized for Gigi's charger, an insert for Gigi herself, a lint-free bag, the warranty, instruction manual, and sample of LELO Lubrication.

If the first, paper box were removed, the second would make a wonderful gift. Gigi's box would also make a lovely place for storage. I can't imagine anyone giving it a second look, even if left out on a nightstand. It's very discreet and even the LELO name blends into the box.

Gigi comes with a one year warranty and a ten year quality guarantee. The one year warranty begins the date the product is purchased and covers against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the toy. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage cause by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to take apart the toy (or its accessories) will void the warranty.

Some things to take into consideration:

I had some issues with Gigi's interface. While using her, I kept hitting a button that I didn't mean to! You'd think "Well, move your hand!"... well, that's where mine just happens to go on this toy while I'm using it.

The vibration levels were a let down to me. I can get lmore for less. Luxury and quality are nice, don't get me wrong, but I guess I had high expectations.
