Fairy miniature - massager discontinued by Media Craft Inc - review by bzzingbee

The Fairy Mini Wand arrived at my house and kicked all my other toys out of the way. This vibrator is super powerful and versatile. It comes in a box with fairies and Japanese writing on it, but it is pretty self-explanatory in assembly and use. Included in my box was the vibrator, the portable battery pack and the plug in AC adapter. According to the website I ordered it from, the dimension of the toy are 7-1/4" x 1-1/4" from bottom to top. The body is hard plastic with a little dial that you adjust for the speed you want. The top of the vibrator is slightly flexible and has small ridges around the bottom part. It is also plastic, but isn't the hard shiny kind as the body. I'm not sure of the exact material.

The first time I used this, I completely under-estimated the power in this little guy. I turned it up way too high and was caught off guard by the strength. A little turn of the dial goes a long way! The sound of this toy is really not that bad considering the strength. You can hear it, but it isn't really that bad. I have had weaker toys that were much louder. Once you put this up against your clit, you won't hear it anyways! The strong vibrations bring me to orgasm faster than any other toy, and not anywhere near the highest setting!

I tried both the plug in AC adapter and the battery pack and both provided great results. I think using the AC adapter that you get a little bit more power than you do when using the battery pack, but you really don't need the extra power. The only drawbacks are that it takes 6 AA batteries to run this on the battery pack and the battery pack is really kind of hard to open after you get the batteries in there. The only reason this didn't upset me too much was because I could just easily switch over to the plug in adapter. The battery power lasts a long time, so you aren't constantly shelling out money for batteries. I think mine lasted over almost 2 months with daily use. One other thing that I think should be pointed out is that this toy tends to get hot after use. This little guy is a great buy; you definitely get your money's worth!

Unfortunately, my Fairy Miniature died on me. I had it for over a year before it conked out and it was used almost daily sometimes more than once, so it lasted a while. I can't say that I don't like this one anymore because I know if it was still working I would love it still. I haven't heard of this being a frequent problem, so I'm giving the Fairy Mini the benefit of the doubt and guessing mine was faulty some how. I haven't bought a replacement yet because of all the other toys I've been trying out lately but I'd really like to try some of the newer and smaller versions from the Fairy line. This is not the last my toy box has heard of the Fairy!!!
