This small vibe is best for people who want a transportable small vibrator that is discreet and waterproof. It works best for sensitive clits or those who prefer light, buzzing vibes. It can, however, be used all over the body for sex and games. (I say games because my dog gets a kick out of it. She chases it under the covers and likes it rubbed on her head. It's also fun to use for "fetch" with my husband in the pool or hot tub with our eyes shut, vibes on. I get a little creative sometimes.) This could be good for an interesting game of spin the bottle/vibrator.

The toy is made of PU coated plastic. On a safety scale by Eden it rates at a 7. It is rigid and phthalate free and compatible with silicone and water based lubes. I smell everything; this toy was nothing new. The smell was that of new plastic, nothing that didn't wash off after the first use. The taste was that of plastic. I haven't tasted it since I first got it. I taste everything now. Not only is it amusing to watch my husband watch me taste a new toy or body product but it makes me pay a bit more attention to the sensory features of each new item. It will work for any user level.

This small, one button vibe is cute. Its curves are slight and well designed. One AAA battery powers this slight toy. The silver band can be difficult to clean, but it isn't bothersome during use. The push button is easy to use. Traveling with this toy is not a problem. It's discreet enough to use in a car, being only a 1/8th of an inch shy of 4". I put this in a sunglasses case to bring it with me in my purse. It even fit in my larger hard case for my sunglasses, with the sunglasses still inside! It can be difficult to hold onto with too much lube, but it functions well as far as grip is concerned. I actually lost it in the sheets while writing this review because it is so small and easy to hide/travel with.

This vibe is controlled with a single push button on the end of it. The button also functions to turn the vibe off. It goes through 3 constant vibe power levels. I would call the first a half buzz, single buzz, and second level buzz if on the 1-5 scale. I could feel no difference between the first two levels of vibration. It is easy to switch between the levels with the button. It works well under water, but it has very light buzzy vibrations. It is easy to hear in the same room if there is no noise, but with the tv on you would have to be right next to it to hear it. There is no issue with hearing it through a door unless you have it resting on a hard surface.

This toy is very easy to care for. A soap and water cleaning will work, as will sex toy wipes and foams. You can't boil it or use bleach on it, so it is not recommended for sharing between partners. If you must, use a condom over it, please. Because of the small size an unlubricated condom with a knot tied to keep the toy in would work best, then you can apply lube to it as needed.

The TCB came in a small plastic box like with a plastic tray that it is nestled in. I don't recommend the package for storage as it is about 4 times the size of the actual vibe. The package claims that it is "A Sure Thing" which is *cough false advertising* only true for some. It does let you know that it is waterproof has 3 speeds, and push button operated. Information about the material, manufacturer, and care are included as well in small print on the box. It does, however, say to use with water based lubricant. I like that it points out not to leave the battery inside while not in use. The packaging is not discreet because of the cutout for the toy showing a definite vibrator shape and the picture of the toy on the back.

The first time I used this toy I was sorely disappointed. I was expecting a bullet worthy vibe in a traditional shape that would be easy to use in the pool. The power, however, is the only disappointing feature for me. Everything else makes it very appealing. When using it for the first time I was in bed, warming myself up while my husband was finishing up some work. I tried for 20 minutes and all I got was a numb, unsatisfied clit. Try number 2 was in the hot tub. It worked well and proved to be water tight, but again, it didn't do anything for me to help with arousal and prep. Strike three was when I used it yet again to try to get me off and use to play for insertion yet again. It did NOT take care of any business I had. If it were to be compared to a retail hierarchy this would be the department supervisor, but by no means a store manager or owner. It is formed and functional, but doesn't please everyone and can't run the show. At least not for me. My husband did like it when I used it on his nipples and to massage his balls and perineum. It is worth keeping to use on him, but I wouldn't buy it again or look twice if he didn't care for it. Clits of steel, those who need rumbly vibes, and those looking for something to insert more than 2 inches or so will not be pleased by this toy.
