I had ordered this like a week before it was discontinued (on Amazon since it was out of stock and very excited about the toy.) I had it in my assignment cart to do my first review and the next day it was discontinued

Also I forgot to add Tantus also appears to be discontinuing making toys in their "copper" color. Unlike the toys above i can't find a tweet of them directly saying it but all the copper toys are in closeout and no longer on their regular list so you do the math. If you want a toy in copper I'd suggest getting it now.

NOW I find out that the O2 Rascal and Jollie are discontinued... you know, now that I've finally worked myself up to being able to take a little girth. Sad Andromeda is sad.

So, from what I can tell (I may be wrong), if you go to "set alerts" on a product page, and the product has been discontinued, the "back in stock" option won't appear. If you can set an alert to notify you when it will be back in stock, it will eventually be back in stock and hasn't been discontinued. Again, I'm not positive this is true. I just kinda noticed it.
So, if that is the case, the following things MAY have been discontinued:
-Sugar Drop
-O2 Niagara
-Ophoria Rapture #6
-Bubbles probe (This is from Jollies, so I guess that definitely is discontinued?)
-Fun Factory Witty Worm
-Kama Sutra Honey Dust

When I placed my last order and tried to add what I bought to my store, these two items became discontinued. I guess I got the last one:

My guess is that some of these products simply were not good sellers so once the current stock is sold out it wouldn't make sense to purchase more.
