I had never really thought about the appearance of my vagina as abnormal or ugly. I started becoming more aware of it's appearnace after a thread was started on the subject about 2 years ago on EF by Backseat Boohoo.

If someone is dead set on cosmetic procedures or experiencing anxiety because of their vulva, it may help them to realize how many different shapes and sizes exist and I think too many people seek out cosmetic surgery but that doesn't mean everyone has to love every pussy. There are no implants, there are no hormone therapies, no laser surgeries, nothing. We have to live with what we’ve got and there’s nothing we can do about it. Sure there’s an “enlargement” surgery but it’s nothing short of butchery just to gain half an inch and the penis is pretty much fucked up from then on.
