I personally don't think my trouser taco (love the term) or any set of genitalia male or female is attractive, but a body that is healthy and functioning is beautiful beyond compare. I do think that it looks funny, but I also think my toes look funny so I smile and laugh. Unlike my toes anyone who sees that area is in a more appreciative frame of mind.
Everyone has things that they wish they could change about themselves. I agree completely that is sad so many women are willing to go to such extremes to change a functioning healthy part of their body especially ones that aren't normally on public display for vanity reasons.
Medical reasons are a whole different subject. I had a bicycle accident as a child and scraped my vulva, I can't imagine cutting that area and going through a healing process unless it was absolutely necessary.

It is clinically proven and completely normal to have one side of your labia larger than the other, a slightly different color from the rest of your skin, etc. But just like with an other cosmetic surgery debate, the answer lies within the individual. If you really can not come to a point where you appreciate and love your body, and you can afford and are willing to take the risks of surgery, make yourself happy. I don't think I could ever get cosmetic surgery, but maybe I'll feel differently in 10 or 20 years when everything starts to go south lol. But I have no disrespect for people who find it to be the best option for them.

I personally feel as if I don't have the most aesthetically pleasing parts down there. I've seen some that look worse, and I've seen some that look better. It's all a matter of personal opinion. I don't hate the way things look down there. The only thing I care about is the function.

I agree most healthy ones are good. I will say this though i been an avid porn surfer since the days it took 20 hours to download a single boob picture and there are some out there that are downright scary lmao.
Something had to happen there though like major tearing from multiple child birth etc.
This would be highly valid good reason to choose the route of surgery not really to fix a vulva that's imperfect but to fix damage done by various reasons. I tend to prefer the fatter vulva with large inner labia.

Aw bless your heart! You shouldn't feel that way. I'm sure it isn't ugly. I do know how you feel though. I hate mine! I don't know why, but I don't think it looks pretty. Lol. Anyways, I still think all women are beautiful and every woman is gorgeous to someone. I don't think MINE is pretty. I hate the dark color of the labia and with so much porn and so many people getting this idea that women should live up to these unrealistic expectations or they're not good enough makes a big difference in how we perceive ourselves. I would NEVER have surgery on my lady parts. I read an article once that I actually carried around in my car for months and read it to everybody I could! Lol. It was a conference with plastic surgeons and they said things like all women should have vaginaplasty or whatever lol because they all need to get rid of unsightly labia that men do not want to see! It made me feel awful. Those surgeries are so very risky though. One was even quoted saying something like he simply tells the woman she has an unsightly vagina and "bam! 2 grand in one day!" I was apalled and sad. How could you target women and make them feel ugly just to get money? A lot of people don't realize how serious it is to feel badly about your self. It can be so destroying to a person and it doesn't help that the idea of having a pretty body or being beautiful means having perfectly shaped labia, breasts, rear end and a butt hole and labia that is not darker than your skin tone. I know many people bleach theirs and I admit, once I did go through a phase where I was upset with the color of my labia and other parts and I used skin lightener. Thing is most of those skin lighteners contain hydroquinone which any more than 10% of hydroquinone in a product has been banned in the US, but with just a small amount can still be harmful.
Anyways, I know the feeling of hating the way your parts look and it's such an awful feeling. I don't think vaginas are sexy to look at to begin with.. but they are not ugly. They are neither here nor there for me. Like others have said, everyone is different, so I think it's important we appreciate what we have. Whether we consider it small, big, etc.

I think that people as a whole are very vain. We spend alot of time worrying about what about us needs to be fixed. It's not what is on the outside that matters but the inside.
