Bigger May Not Be Better
I can't say I'm all that enthusiastic about this toy. I liked the idea, but the size wasn't for me. The design is good, but a bit blunt. This is a well made toy so if you like size and some buzz, this is one for you.

Pros
vibe, solid construction, quality material
Cons
aka *big* boy, potentially awkward angle (depending on how you use it)
This review will be colored by one fact: this toy is too big for my liking. To be fair, it isn't enormous--about three fingers worth of girth. Maybe for you that's nothing. Fair enough. For me, that was too big for more than a few minutes. Anyway, now that that's out of the way, on with the review.
The Bad Boy is essentially a curve, very similar in shape to the what your finger will do if you curve the last two knuckles. One end goes up your ass and the vibe fits into an opening the other end. You're meant to sit so that the flattened nubby part wrapping around the vibe hits your perineum/taint. The idea is that the smooth rounded end hits your prostate and the vibe sits right under it.
The Bad Boy's curve makes clear contact with your prostate. The soft silicone, low on smell, is soft to the touch yet quite firm. I haven't found that the lube sticks to the surface very well, perhaps because of the size of the toy. It needs quite a lot of lube and that lube doesn't tend to "stick with" the toy so well. However, once it's in, if you simply rock with it don't plan on it moving around all that much. If you plan to move it around a lot, more lube may be in order. It may be better to plan on your partner doing that for you, since it's an awkward shape to grip. The angle excluded me using my hand in this way.
When it slips in and presses the prostate, wonderful body part that it is, a satisfying hard on is almost a given. It took me a while to figure out exactly where to sit on it. Given it's curve, it allows you to ease the depth of penetration so it does allow some flexibility. Once it's in, you pretty much have to sit on it or it slides it's way out. If sitting adds too much pressure you can rest it against something. Either way, it needs to be held in place somehow. The right kind of underwear may even do the trick.
The I've found it works best wile jerking off since it doesn't really make you ejaculate on it's own. If you're not used to the size, it may not hurt to use a smaller toy to work up to this one.
The vibe is easy to control and plenty strong, but the placement could be better. The battery powered bullet, about the size of a man's thumb, goes on and off with a pushable button/nub at the base of the toy . Some reviews of this toy have complained that the battery is difficult to find. I found this only partially true. It did take some shopping around but I found it in stock among the medical batteries at a large chain grocery store. I think it's also used for hearing aids or something. As I asked a drug store attendant where I'd find an "N" sized battery, I couldn't make up my mind whether I'd say it's for a camera or my grandmother's hearing aid should she ask what it was for. She didn't, thankfully. The battery brand I picked had a decent life span so replacement isn't too frequent, in my experience.
The vibe didn't carry through the toy in the way that I had hoped. Sitting on top of the vibe feels nice enough, but I was expecting a more direct experience. This is, I suppose the trick to designing a prostate massager. How do you come up with something that feels good on the p-spot, but doesn't overwhelm it? Being so far inside a guy's body, it has no outward exposure and is far more delicate and sensitive than your penis--not to mention much harder to reach. If anything, this toy is a bit too agressive, unless you're experienced with anal penetration or prefer direct pressure on the prostate. To me, the vibe isn't close enough to the spot and gets lost before it can get through all that silicone all the way to the danger zone at tip of the curve.

Experience
When I ordered this toy I was all about it. The descriptions sounded great: vibrating prostate toy, with a curve that went right to your prostate. Sign me up. I had some experience with prostate play, but I wouldn't say I was very experienced with anal play and very inexperienced when it came to anal sex. To make a long story short, this wasn't the toy for me, even though at the time it seemed like an intriguing challenge. If I had this purchase to make over again, I would gone with one of the smaller models, either the Rude Boy or Naughty Boy.
