The toy was designed as an extreme vibrating prostate massager toy. I say extreme as it is one of the thickest prostate massagers I've ever seen. This toy is definitely for someone looking for something with more thickness.

The toy is silicone so after sterilizing could be used in other ways, potentially vaginally; however, this isn't something I've had any of my partners try. But there are such better products to use as a woman that I wouldn't buy this unless you were looking for a prostate massager.

This toy required significant time and lube for me to use. It's thickness is not something I am able to insert without taking some time to relax and work my way up to insertion with. Due to the shape this toy is designed for the user to sit on, this is apparent as there is not enough of a narrowing section between the base and the inserted section to keep the toy inserted. And due to its girth the toy tends to want to come out pretty easily unless holding it in, as such works best if you are sitting on it.

The toy itself is made of a body safe silicone, which is firm but flexible as in the base and inserted part have some play. The toy has no smell.

The texture is kind of velvety, which seems nice at first; however, this results in it collecting visible dust between using. I would say any anal toy needs to be cleaned before use anyway; however, this is the only one of my prostate massagers that does this. It doesn't give me confidence that I'm able to get it fully clean either.

The texture also makes it harder to insert than my other prostate massagers as it seems to have more friction so even with significantly more lube than I would use with other massagers it can be difficult to insert. This doesn't help that the toy is larger in size either.

The vibrating bullet is made out of cheap plastic but can easily slide into the base for use with the massager component. I'm sure you could use the bullet on its own in a pinch if you didn't have another vibrator option.

The toy isn't the largest thing I've taken anally; however, this toy is poorly designed in my opinion. I think it's due to the angles and possibly my body specifics, but it seems to put pressure on my internals that isn't pleasant. It definitely isn't a toy for beginners. I'm torn as I think the toy in concept is a nice design; however, it's less than enjoyable to use than expected that I don't use it anymore as all my other options are superior to this.

The toy is designed to use the accompanying vibrating bullet inserted into the section of the toy that rests on your perineum. This is enjoyable; however, for p-spot toys I tend to get better results when the vibrations are applied more directly to my prostate. The vibrating bullet also takes a non-standard battery, which makes it harder to find or easy to use batteries from other devices in a pinch.

The vibrating bullet wasn't really powerful enough in my opinion. Being inserted into the base seemed to muffle the vibrations and as they were applied to the perineum vs internally against the prostate they felt distant/weak especially now that I have other vibrating p-spot toys to compare it to. The toy was borderline painful when inserted and very difficult to keep fully inserted even when I was sitting on the toy. Again I think the fact the toy wasn't enjoyable could potentially be my biological geometry, but the difficulty to keep inserted I think will likely be a consistent problem for anyone due to the design.

The toy is made of a velvety silicone and the vibrating bullet is made out of an inexpensive plastic. The silicone part is easy to clean; however, due to it's texture it is hard to keep clean and will pick up dust/dirt depending on how it was stored. It's very durable though and since I re-clean/sanitize all anal toys before using again didn't find this aspect a big problem.

The vibrating bullet eventually broke and seemingly wasn't very well built internally. I was reasonably careful in the care and storage of the bullet so was a bit frustrated that it broke.
