Spur VixSkin - realistic dildo by Vixen Creations, Inc - review by tardisblue

I've been looking for the perfect dildo for awhile. I wanted something that looked and felt realistic, was made of safe materials, and was on the smaller side of average (as a side note, the average erect penis is somewhere around 5 inches, and the Spur is about 5 1/2 with 4 3/4 insertable). I was nervous about buying the Spur because so many reviews emphasized just how small it is. While yes, this is a very small dildo in both length and girth, it is also more reasonably sized than other dildos compared to most flesh and blood penises. My partner was ecstatic about this. It is absolutely perfect for beginners or tight spaces.

In case you aren't already familiar with the VixSkin line, this stuff feels incredibly realistic. It's soft and skin-like, but also firm. It can be bent, although it'll quickly spring back into place, and is great for packing hard (though you'll have a pretty apparent erection). It's no cyberskin, but the trade-off is that this is very body-safe, food-grade silicone. It doesn't have any powerful scent or taste, so it is also good for blowjobs. The details like the veins, defined head, and glans are tastefully realistic, not cartoonishly so. It is the same color throughout, which I guess detracts a little from the overall realism, but what can you do? Don't be surprised if you take this thing out of its package and immediately want to squeeze it and play with it. It's that fun.

My partner and I used this with the Rodeoh harness, which I'd really recommend. The two work well paired together. I wore the harness and Spur under my boxers in my pjs to surprise my partner, which I found quite a bit more difficult to do with larger dildos like the Mustang. She reported that the Spur is less filling, but that there is significantly more that we can do with it because it is less likely to hit her cervix or hurt her. We're both really satisfied with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a realistic, smaller dildo.
