This plug with a tapered tip, bulbous body, narrowed neck and flared base was unquestionably made for anal play. Now, you can use this vaginally, of course, but it will leave little to be desired, as it's a bit short to fill you up. As far as anal play goes, this plug is a great intermediate toy. Not quite for beginners as it's a bit wide at the mid-body and may be a bit uncomfortable for actual beginners. As with most other toys made by Tantus, this is well thought out, well crafted, and a pleasure to use.

I do have to warm up to use this toy as the mid portion can be a bit uncomfortable for me without any warm up. However, my girlfriend has no problem using this toy without any warm up so everyone will feel a bit differently. The plug stays in place and is very comfortable for prolonged wear. During intercourse, the plug stays in place without any significant movement.

Produced by Tantus, the Neo is a plug made from high grade 100% silicone. It is excellent in construction and feel, and there are no seams on the plug. The only disruption on the smooth silicone surface is a small Tantus logo indented at the base, which does not affect the plug at all, since the base stays outside of your body.

From the tip to the base, there is nothing that I would change with this plug. Intended for easy insertion, the plug starts out with a tapered tip, followed by a wide mid-section, then narrows into a perfect, mid-size neck. The neck's thickness is perfect, it isn't flimsy like those thin necks, but it's also not thick enough to cause discomfort. The base itself, while looking small, is actually perfectly designed with a gentle rocking curve that fits nicely between the cheeks. Also, there is no fear of losing the plug internally, the extensions of the base flex inwards and are very rigid when you try to bend them, which is the perfect design for a plug base.

Overall, the Neo is a great plug that keeps me coming back for more. The fit is just right, not too small and not too big. True beginners might find the midsection of the plug a bit uncomfortable during insertion, but once it goes inside, the neck portion is perfect in size and fits without any discomfort. The flared base of the plug conforms perfectly to your cheeks, helping to keep the plug safely in place. That way you don't have to worry about the entire plug slipping and getting lost in your cavity. During intercourse, the plug stays in place without any noticeable movement.
