This toy is made out of stainless steel I believe. The toy is very simple. It consists of a wheel with pins on it connected to a handle. There really is not much I think that could go wrong with this toy. I do not see any problems with it. The wheel might get a little sticky, but that is nothing some oil could not fix. If you give the toy a quick wipe down after use it should not rust either. Because it is made out of steel this product has no odor.

The design of the toy works great. It was originally made medically, so I am sure some thought was put into it. The handle should fit any size hand, so I do not think any users should have a problem playing with the toy. There seems to be no defects or parts that look sketchy with this toy. I think it will last; probably until I lose it or it is stolen by a magpie. I think you might get that I do not think this toy is going to break.

This toy worked great. It provided lovely sensations. So if you are not much into pain this toy is still great. It creates a lovely tingling feeling, kind of similar to getting goosebumps in a very small area. However if you are more masochistic like myself you can get your partner to run it harder causing more than just a tingling sensation. You can create some pinpoint pain that feels lovely in my opinion (but I would not expect this to be the case for everyone). Your skin has different thicknesses. It is thin in the genitals. It is thick in the soles of the feet. It changes. So if you were to use the same pressure you get a variety of sensations all over the body which is great. You can also control the speed at which you roll this over your partner. I find if my girlfriend uses it slowly I'm twitching in anticipation of the next pin in me, but if she goes fast it has a different sensation. I kind of jerk that part of my body. Like what you would do if you touched something hot.

Because the toy is metal you could have some temperature play with the toy, you could heat it up or cool it down for some extra unique sensations. Medical play is also a fetish of some people. This product definitely exceeded my expectations. For something so simple you really can get a wide variety of sensations.
