I have always been incredibly interested in pain and bondage, so these ended up being my first nipple clamps purchase. I was rather surprised at the bite that they have, but it wasn't anything I can't handle. Typically, although I am more of a beginner (in practice at least), I wouldn't suggest these for someone who is new to clamps. They can be a bit of a bother to attach if you aren't careful and they definitely pack a punch. For use around the house/in bed they are nice, and have just enough weight that I will feel that in addition to the pressure.

I will suggest not wearing them under clothing as the magnets do tend to shift, and that will change where and how the pain hits you. This is due to the magnets ending up at angle as opposed to parallel to one another (this resulted in a feeling that there was a short length of rope attached to my nipples and pulling them upward which might be good if I hadn't also felt like the clamp was going to slip off, snap closed, and take my nipple off with it). If you like to go out and about with them on, try another style.

I didn't try them elsewhere because I simply wasn't sure that my body would tolerate it. It kind of makes me cringe a bit, and my nipples are still the tiniest bit sore today after wearing them for a while yesterday. There was no bruising or other marks though. I think this isn't a bad toy, but given the way the magnets shift I think that is a design flaw that needs to be remedied. It is more useful for experienced players and anyone who enjoys the novelty of magnetic toys.

These are light-weight, polished, steel clamps that are pretty basic and functional. I also like the high polish. If you're into temperature play, putting these in the freezer and then using them would be amazing...or amazingly painful, or amazingly a lot of things depending on what you like.

I didn't find any rough seams or edges, and the gems on either end are nice to provide something to hold on to when you're applying and removing them. However, they don't seem to add much in the way of glitz, which isn't a big deal. I would rather have functional over fashionable.

I was really floored when I saw the design of these and how large they seemed. Putting them on properly seemed like it could be difficult. For me to do it myself it was, but if I helped my boyfriend he had a much easier time of it. These may be easier to put on if you have smaller breasts (I'm an F/G cup). When my boyfriend asked if I might want to try wearing them in public, I was pretty sure they would be quite visible underneath all but the baggiest of sweaters.

However, they were comfortable enough for me to wear if I was mostly still, and he assured me that no one would see. He was right about them not being visible through my clothing (I was wearing a bra and form-fitting sweater). This was where being able to adjust them or anchor them somehow so the magnets didn't move would have been a huge plus. These don't hold up well to being bounced or jostled around on a moving pair of breasts.

Cleaning is pretty simple since they are steel and can be wiped or rinsed off.

These come with their own little foam lined case that you can store them in. It's great to make sure you don't accidentally lose or misplace one of them, and they would fit nicely in a travel bag if needed.
