Not For Everyone, Unfortunately
These are pretty good, if you can get them on. While they won't fit everyone, they won't even work for some who can get them on. Other reviews say they do pinch as they expected nipple clamps to, but I couldn't even get them on. Your best bet would be to get more versatile clamps to ensure you can use them.

Use
Meant to be used as nipple clamps, some reviews say they don't pinch as expected. However, my use for these is really just to keep them around in the event that any of my partners can fit them. Unfortunately, these did not fit me at all, which highly disappointed me because I loved the look of them and the ease of wearing under clothing. Oh well--win some, lose some...
Material / Texture
These clamps are made of polished steel and have the appearance of high-quality. However, upon reading some other reviews, I have found that might not be the case with these.
The material has no smell or taste and is completely smooth.
There are two clear gems on each side of the clamps, which have not broken off in my case, but have potential to for others.

Shape / Design / Size / Fit
The fit was the worst problem for me--as they didn't. My nipples are smaller than normal, so I had a lot of trouble with these. I wanted them to work so badly but I just couldn't hold both magnets aside, get my nipple in, and connect the magnets again. The total length of each clamp is 1.75".
The magnets are strong, and turn sideways when you pull them apart so it is difficult to pull both apart and slip the nipple in--you may require help.
I have a partner with larger nipples that I may give these to if they fit her. Even for her, though, they might not stay on very well. I imagine these falling off for a lot of users. The design just doesn't work for everyone--just the lucky few.

Care and Maintenance
These should not require much cleaning, as they are for external use only. If you need to, though, wipe them off with a toy wipe for best results.
For storage, they come in this amazing little box. There is a foam piece inside with cut-outs specifically for these clamps but you can remove it. The box is the best part of this purchase because I'm able to use it to store all my nipple clamps.

Packaging
Comes in small box that shuts securely. The label and foam can both be removed to use this for general storage.

Great review. I've been looking and looking at these. I've had them in my cart at least twice since they've come out, but I still haven't bought them yet. I think I want them to work so bad, that I'm going to be very disappointed if they don't! -
