I loved this harness, and for beginners, or even experienced strap-on users, I recommend this harness. It has more material in both the straps and has some back support. It can fit from a size 12, well past a 24. I'm a size 20 and there was tons of room.....like, A LOT. So, if you're a big person, this should fit with ease. Yes, even you!

That said, getting the straps all coordinated takes some time and scissors. Expect this process to take about 20 mins before play. And really, it's going to get better as you play. The harness comes with several O rings to use. More can be bought and applied if you loose them.

This harness does not come with a toy to use with it, but anything O ring compatible will work. My personal experience is to start out with small toys, both in width and length, and work up to bigger. Strap-on sex is only as good as the partner who is willing to take the time and effort to listen. Yes, just like regular sex, it will slip out, but this harness gives you some good control. That said, it will take practice to get good with it.

This product is machine washable (remember to remove the O rings), or hand washable with ease. The material is softer in the back and more mesh-like in the front. The leg straps feel like seat belt straps, but smaller and they can cut into you after awhile (couple hours). I left room with mine for adjustment, but not too much room (I was dragging material past my knees). The back support is Velcro, but it tries it's best with a wide belt to support your back. Keep those extra O rings handy for exploring different sized toys.

It's a great first or second harness and fits sizes 12 up, past 24.
