This soft, cushy dildo can be used vaginally or anally; however anal users beware, this isn't a beginners toy! The material that comprises the Cush is amazingly comfortable for both activities and definitely will help users overcome its moderately large size. This dildo isn't curved like a G-spot specific toy would be but the shape of the head makes a decent amount of stimulation possible. The second ridge is especially useful for the P-spot.



The base of the Cush is super effective for strap-on use. The give of the material is enough to help the dildo slide through a harness ring, but not enough for it to sag under its own weight. This dildo has some weight to it so a sturdy strap-on definitely helps.

When used vaginally thrusting motions work well with the Cush if you're already use to its size, however beginners may want to proceed slowly. The moderate length of the toy allows for long strokes when used anally as well.

This toy is interesting in that it has two layers: a usable exterior and an inner core that provides a semi-rigid structure. The outside of the Cush is made with what Tantus calls their SuperSoft™ Ultra-Premium Silicone. This is by far one of my favorite silicones I've encountered. It's pliable but provides just enough resistance to be noticeable. Like other soft silicone products, this toy gathers lint and other debris fairly easily. There's only a faint sweet smell to the toy, however this is only detectable when you hold the Cush right under your nose.

The inner layer is called the 'muscle core' by Tantus, and is silicone of a much denser nature. The rigidness of the toy that makes it great for thrusting comes from this structural inner layer. The base of the dildo is constructed from this firmer material as well.

Tantus did an amazing job designing the Cush, every aspect of the toy has a purpose. The head is flat on one side and pronounced gently on the other. The lip that defines the head is gently beveled and doesn't cause any discomfort during insertion. The slight cone shape also eases the process of getting this moderately sized toy in as well.

Continuing down toward the base we get to my favorite feature! The second ridge actually begins just right where the head stops, however it doesn't become fully pronounced until you get to the middle of the shaft. If you aim the dildo correctly this second ridge can catch your pleasure spot without irritating the rest of you. The bevel on this section is just slightly steeper than the head, but again the softness of the material makes it very comfortable.



As stated in the item description, we can see the Cush is just 1/4th of an inch shy of 7 inches for total insertable length. This should be adequate for most users. The white ring represent the diameter of the toy, coming in at an impressive 1 and 3/4ths of an inch.

I mostly use the Cush for strap-on play and it performs amazingly. Its a go to dildo for reaching the P-spot and has been quite successful for reaching orgasms despite its straight bodied nature. I've also used this toy vaginally as a successful warm-up, however the lack of the curve does interfere with reaching a G-spot orgasm here.



Here I have the Cush mounted in a SpareParts harness which utilizes a stretchable ring for holding its dildos. Similar to harnesses that use a metal ring this model only supports toys up to two inches in diameter. The fact that the Cush sits right under this mark is incredibly important for standard harness users. The toy's weight is a little hefty as can be seen by how the harness's ring gets pulled downward. Using a thong-style harness helps with controlling the Cush, but a two strap design is still workable.

The Cush follows standard silicone maintenance rules. It can be cleaned with soap and water, with wipes or sprays, or even thrown in your dishwasher (water only for this cycle!). Water based lubricants are your best friend with this material. As the toy tends to collect lint I would suggest keeping the Cush stored in its own case when not being used.

I've had nothing but great experiences with the Cush. As my partner and I are used to larger sized dildos, I can't offer any complaints about the toy other than it doesn't clean itself or print $100 dollar bills. The Cush has held up without any damage for over six months now, even after being vigorously used.
