I knew what the dimensions were when I ordered this, but it still took me by surprise when I actually saw it.

The dual density silicone feels realistic, while the color and texture make it look very nice. I have the purple color, and it looks mostly white, or a very light purple, with a darker color showing through around the indented ridge and on the base. The only thing intimidating about this is the sheer size. The ridge is a few millimeters, about the thickness of three credit cards stacked on top of each other. It looks bigger because it is indented underneath, but it provides a great sensation. There's an indent that is also roughly the same size, but obviously in the other direction. This is O-ring compatible, so it will work in anything you would use an O-ring for, such as a harness. Being made of silicone, it's waterproof, and able to be completely sanitized, which I appreciate.

It's a little less than two inches in diameter, and 5.5 inches circumference. Basically, it's as big as I could ever imagine personally hoping for. I have to use a whole lot of lube with it (more than I have to with anything else). It's definitely not an everyday toy for me, but when I'm in the mood for a very intense experience, this is what I look for.

For me, the one drawback to this toy is that it has a tendency to quickly collect dust and lint, as is the case with most silicone. This isn't a big problem because I just keep it in a storage bag and put it away when not in use, but I do feel the need to rinse it off before I use it.

Overall, I would recommend the O2 Cush to anybody who is at least somewhat experienced, and is looking for a rather large dildo that is high quality, attractive, and a great price for what you get.
