Little bit of a Liar

The magnum is a fun basic dildo by Fun Factory. It is basic which isn't always a bad thing. The sleek shape isn't realistic, but still has all the parts of a phallus that make things super fun like a head and nice curve.

The Magnum is safe for anal which is where I have ended up using it. The flared base will keep it from being pulled into the body, and it makes it easy to use in a harness.

The Magnum is made from a velvety chunky of silicone. It lacks texture, but it makes up for it in how divine it feels. I personally don't like a lot of texture, so this toy really appealed to me because it didn't have any.

The silicone used for this is hypoallergenic and pthalate free, so this toy shouldn't worry you at all. It's made from food safe silicone, so it will be safe for you. Additionally, upon opening the box, there was not taste or smell, and it hasn't retained any since use.

The Magnum is weighty for its size but still flexible and slightly sguishable. It's just about the perfect density of silicone in my opinion.

For the most part, the Magnum is not realistic; he does lack the subtle touches that makes it absolutely realistic like veins. I don't notice subtle textures on toys like veins anyway during use. There is a small ridge that mimics the shape of a penis, but it lacks the actual definition. Otherwise, he is completely smooth.

The product page promised me a toy that was moderately girth, but what I received was below my requirements of size for vaginal use. I still like the magnum anally, so it isn't a complete loss, but I feel cheated. He is 8" long with 7" insertable which is close but not exact to the product page. The product page promised that he would be 5.5" in circumference, but he is 4.75" instead. That's a big difference to me.

This makes him more of an average sized dildo which was not what I was looking for as a size queen. He will be more attractive to average users because of this. I was just disappointed.

This has no moving parts and no electronic parts. Thus, it is, of course, completely water proof and can go with you on all of your aquatic adventures.

This fits quite snuggly in harnesses. It's got a nice base that works in my harness and my boyfriend's double penetration harness.

I found that this worked best as an anal toy for us rather than a vaginal toy. It's a bit too short and slim for my girth loving vagina. That being said, I would highly recommend this to just about any one as a starter dildo for vaginal penetration or as an intermediate toy for anal.

This can be cleaned with soap and water, in the top rack of the dishwasher, or by boiling. Silicone is a fantastic product because you can sterilize it. The down side of silicone is that it can only be used with oil or water based lubricants. It's not safe for silicone lubes.

The Magnum cleans up super easy because there are no nooks or crannies to catch anything in. It's easy to spray with a toy cleaner and rinse. The down side is that it attracts lint like crazy, so you will feel like you are constantly cleaning it.

Silicone products should be stored not touching other types of silicone. I store mine in it's original packaging because it doesn't take up a ton of room.

Fun Factory's packaging is always pretty basic, but not tacky. This came in a box about the size of the toy. On the outside, there was a sleeve that shows a life size picture of the toy, so there is no way that I would call this discreet packaging. Additionally, the sleeve has pictures explaining locations that you can use this like vaginally and anally, so again, not particularly discreet.

All of the packaging is made from cardboard. It's thin enough that I accidentally tear it a bit, but still rather sturdy.
