This toy is great for anyone who has a clitoris is or the partner of someone who has a clitoris. For beginners, or those with a vast collection of vibrators. Those who love strong vibrations and those who like very low vibrations, this toy is perfect- it can (and will) satisfy the needs of anyone and everyone in between. Also, considering the 12 different settings that this toy has, you're sure to find a vibration pattern (or a few) that you love. This toy is amazing solo, or could be used during foreplay with a partner, or even during sex if you (or your partner) held it on your clitoris.

It really just a clitoral vibrator, I suppose you could use it on your nipples or other external part if you were so inclined. It is not really meant for insertion, but I suppose that if you wanted you could try to insert about 3" of it vaginally? It is definitely not safe for anal play of any kind as it has absolutely no base and that could just be dangerous.

It is waterproof, so it can be used pretty much anywhere! It is quiet enough that if you have a roommate in another room, and your are in your room alone they won't hear it. However, if you are in a dorm situation and live in the same one room space with one or more people, they will likely hear a low buzzing sound, so it is and isn't great for roommate living - really, it just depends on your situation. It is small enough that if you have a shared bathroom (which I know the pain of, having lived on a college campus) you can discreetly carry it to the bathroom and wash it.

The toy itself is silicone, so it is 100% body-safe! So it is totally non-porous, which is wonderful. Though, the base that screws on to hold the batteries in is plastic, so it cannot be boiled for cleaning. I did notice that it had a slight smell, sort of a fresh out of the factory chemically plastic smell. It wasn't strong or unbearable by any means, I didn't even notice it until I put my nose to it to check for a smell. I'm certain that the smell will quickly fade, especially since I have already washed it and it is not longer in the package.

The texture is very smooth, but not at all sticky like silicone can sometimes be. It's smooth and velvety, and rigid, rather than flexible, which is perfect for holding it firmly against your clitoris. If this toy were bendy or flexible, it would likely make it quite frustrating to use.

There are no bumps or ridges or texture to this toy really. There is one ridge towards the tip that is really angled to ergonomically fit against the body.

The shape of this toy is really just perfect for a clitoral vibrator. It is just big enough to fit in your hand, and has a nice ergonomically designed side that fits perfectly against your body. It's neither artistic or realistic, and is not necessarily discreet in it's design though it doesn't exactly scream "SEX TOY" at first glance either. I can really only describe the shape as ergonomic since the ridge on the side and the tip of the toy are really perfectly designed for clitoral use. You can hold it however you please, or just rock it against your clit and it fits perfectly between the labia.

Though there are instructions, I did have a bit of difficulty getting screwing it back together after I first put the batteries in. Also, there is a tiny print on either slot for the AAA batteries showing which direction that battery goes in. I had to look for it, and it is a bit hard to see in this photo, but this is what it looks like:


As I said previously, it is perfect for solo or partner play. Adding this to sex or foreplay could make things really, really fun! Any beginner would be happy with this. As for myself, being someone who has had a number of vibrators over the years, this one is quite possibly my favorite so far.

It comes with instructions that tell you how to use the buttons and control the toy.

The vibrations are nice, strong, and deep. This toy has the best vibrations and settings of any other vibrator I have had recently, and is now my favorite of the ones that I own. I tend to look for the strongest vibrations I can find, and the AKO definitely satisfies that. If you can't handle strong vibrations, not to worry! The - button can turn the vibrations down as much as you'd like. I do not find the vibrations to be numbing or uncomfortable or too buzzy, or bad in any way. They are just perfect for me!

It is easy to clean, but it cannot be boiled, as the bottom part that keeps the batteries in is plastic, not silicone. However, you can clean it with any give toy cleaner, or just regular soap and water. I am not sure if it is dishwasher safe, though it is waterproof. As the Eden Fantasys materials guide says: "Silicone has a tight molecular structure and retains heat. Try to soak silicone toy (make sure it's waterproof) in the warm water before using it to get nice warm feeling. Silicone also repels dirt and bacteria and doesn't fall apart with extended friction."

The packaging is not practical to keep it stored in, but it can be kept in a pouch, box, drawer...wherever you keep your toys. However, there are certain toys that you don't want mixing with or touching your silicone toys! Toys can melt and things can go wrong, but there are some great tips on silicone storage in this EF forum post. Because it is silicone, only use this toy with water-based lubricants! Never use silicone lubricants with silicone toys.

The packaging is not very discreet, though is recyclable. It is paperboard with a plastic window through which you can see the toy. I would not keep it for storage at all, it is too bulky and could be stored quite easily in a pouch or something else.





It comes with instructions, a one year warranty, and an optional little PicoBong logo that can be attached to very base of the toy at the battery compartment...it's sort of like a cell phone charm for your vibrator. Personally, I don't really see a use for it and I kind of feel like it would just get in the way so I am not attaching it to mine.

This is my first PicoBong toy, there have been a few I've considered getting or put on a wishlist but I am really glad I got this one and I'm not sure I'll need any others. This toy is really perfect for me. Lelo really did a wonderful job with this toy, and I couldn't really ask for anything more...except it it were rechargeable. If they came out with a rechargeable version of this, I would honestly get it in a heartbeat. That would be better for the environment and overall cheaper to maintain.
