This toy is made of plastic, it is phthalate-free, has a very low porosity level, is easy to clean, and carries vibrations well. My bullet is pink, and the plastic is very silky. I actually thought it was silicone before I began writing this review.
The toy is silky and hard, not pliable at all. It is very smooth, there are no seams that interfere with stimulation. I found that there is no smell or taste to the toy.

I would certainly say that this toy is safe to travel with, however I would suggest (for any traveling with toys) to remove the battery and keep the toy in a small pouch, because it is small and easy to lose.

Some of the more critical reviews on the High Intensity Bullet have had problems with their bullets and the power button getting stuck or otherwise not working properly. I had no such problems. I slipped in the odd looking N-1 battery when I received my toy and it immediately began working. I've never had problems with it.
The power button, which is a vibrant green, is located on the bottom of the bullet.




The bullet has 3 power settings: low, medium, high. They cycle from off to high, and another click of the button returns the vibe to the off position. I prefer the highest setting, however after many sessions with this bullet I've started to wish it offer more variety in vibrations. Some patterns would be a nice addition to this toy, however the continuous vibrations do the trick quite well. The vibrations carry across the entire toy very well. I've found it is sometimes difficult to use on the highest setting because it vibrates the entire toy, including the end you hold onto. This can cause a little numbness in your hands, which can make holding the toy difficult.
The toy is almost silent, especially on the lower settings. My electric toothbrush is louder than this vibe. I recommend this toy for dorm use, and for use in any situation in which quietness is extremely important.
The High Intensity Bullet is also waterproof, and the toy does well with shower use. It can be difficult to hold onto in the shower, depending on what setting your are using.

The High Intensity Bullet is non-porous and phthalate-free material with firm, smooth textures. Clean up is easy, as the toy can be washed with antibacterial soap and hot water or by wiping down with isopropyl alcohol.
I store this in a small velvet pouch, however it is not necessary. You can store this as you would any other toy. Keep it away from extreme heat or cold, as it could damage the plastic.

As this toy is made of plastic, it is compatible with most lubricants. Pair this with any water-based or silicone-based if you'd like. However, I personally don't think any lube is necessary for this toy.

The toy was packaged in a small clear plastic bag with no instructions. I've seen variation in the packaging across different reviews. The packaging I received was extremely simplistic. There was hardly any packaging, really. I wouldn't say the bag should be used for storage, or for a gift.

I received this toy for free several months back as a promotional item. I knew nothing about the toy and it was my first bullet vibrator. I had no expectations and no risks. However, this bullet has set the bar extremely high for future bullet purchases. I actually can't see myself replacing this unless it somehow dies, and I would probably just spend the $15 to get another one.

The High Intensity Bullet always gives me great clitoral stimulation and orgasms. I've yet to introduce this toy to my partner, however I think this would definitely add to traditional sex.
