The Crystal Egg Review

The Crystal Egg is a product that is a product that is used for doing kegels and strengthening the PC muscle. A kegel is when you tighten and release the vaginal muscles. This helps to not only have stronger orgasms, but also to help with incontinence as we get older. The Crystal Egg is heavily weighted, making doing a kegel somewhat difficult unless you have rather strong muscles to begin with. This is also a great item that can be used for "stone massages" but only if you use it correctly, can you effectively use it in this manner.

The Crystal Egg is made of genuine, semi precious stone. Semi-precious stones include natural materials such as marble or granite and usually are composed of several minerals like quartz, calcite and more.

Each one is different. I received a lighter brown, goldish colored one. Its beautiful and has all sorts of different lines and markings within it.

The texture is very smooth and has a glossy finish. There is no sealant on the egg though.

The Crystal Egg is in the shape of an egg (obviously). It is 2 inches in length and is 1 1/2" / 5" in circumference. This egg has a pretty decent weight to it, at about .3 pounds. I would say that this size and weight would probably be best for moderate to advanced users. The only reason that I caution beginners in using this product is because of the weight of the egg. Those that do not have "primed" muscles, may have difficulties in keeping the egg raised up. However, a beginner using this product would have an easy enough time building up their muscle because of the size of the egg allowing looser muscles to grip around it.

What I found to be so great about this product is the look and feel. Its smooth, can be used with any lubricant or massage oil and can be used for massage, just as well as doing kegels with. If you wrap the handle around your wrist, and take the egg in your palm, you can roll it around easily enough and use it for a massage, with or without oils.

I have not tried using this vaginally for kegels yet. But hope to do so soon.

There is a small cord that loops from the whole and eyelet that is located at the top of the egg, which swivels around pretty easy.

If you were to use this for kegels, you simply insert the egg inside the vagina and complete a series of kegels. (Tightening your vaginal muscles around the egg, hold and release and repeat).

Care with this product is super easy. Wiping it with a cloth and spraying it with an antibacterial spray and you're done! Although, I will say that the eyelet at the top of the egg concerns me, beings that you can get bacteria caught up inside of that. I would make sure to spray into there, just to be safe.

Right now, my egg is stored within its velvet, drawstring pouch that it came with and sits inside of my Condom cube! It fits perfectly inside there.

Came with instructional pamphlet including diagrams and information needed on benefits and use. Also comes with a small, velvety, drawstring pouch. All items came in a large zip lock type bag.
