The Cobra Libre by Fun Factory is a unique hands free masturbation device. The head of the penis is inserted into the front of the toy, which then vibrates with a variety of strengths ad patterns. This is a male only toy, I can think of no ways a female could use this.

The toy features a touchpad to control the toy. It turns it on and off, changes the vibration patterns, and increases the strength. Although a unique feature I am unsure if it best suited for a sex toy.

The toy can be left on the penis without using your hands at all, however it can also be manipulated manually for a bit of a different feel and sensation.

This toy is good for most men. Though who have a larger penis might have issues using this toy, there is not that much flex and give to the toy and the pocket for your penis is not that large. I think this toy only works for average to smaller men in terms of girth. The length of your penis has no effect on if this toy will work for you though.

The toy is composed of two materials: Plastic and silicone.

The portion that actually touches the head of your penis is silicone, while the bulk of the toy (and the motor) is a plastic compartment

Silicone rates a 10/10 for safety according to EF and for a lot of reasons. Firstly it is extremely body safe. It is hypoallergenic, latex free, phthalate free, and non-porous. Because it is non porous it is extremely easy to clean. You can use just soap and water In porous materials bacteria can live in the pores and then it is impossible to clean, because sometimes the soap and water will not reach them. With a non-porous material there can only be bacteria on the surface of the toy, so cleaning with soap and water will kill all of them. The toy has no odor and no taste (if you have just washed it of course) which is nice.

The silicone has no odor or smell too it. It is a smooth, but slightly tacky silicone, but it is smooth enough that you do not need to use any lubricant. You can stick your penis in bare, but lube does change the experience. Definitely good for beginners and advanced users as long as your penis fits.

Plastic is a non-porous material as well, so it works well for a shell. It will not harbor any bacteria or bodily fluids. It was a good idea for them to use plastic. It works well, looks nice, feels nice (is very smooth and hard).

This toy actually has a very simple design. There are two motors in the back portion of the toy. These transmit vibrations to the front of the toy (the silicone sleeve).

The silicone sleeve goes inwards, then curves down slightly. This bump is to accomodate your penis' head being larger than the shaft.

This toy is unique. That is honestly the only way to describe it. It has a very unique design. I personally found it to function quite well for me. It does cradle the head of my penis in the compartment that is supposed to and it does transmit great vibrations to it. There is rhyme and reason to the shape and the design. However it will not fit for all me. I do not have a lot more room for my penis that exists. And I would say that I have quite an average sized penis. So if you have a larger diameter you might not find this works for you.

In terms who can use this, anyone can. A beginner or a more experienced user should have no troubles with this toy. If your penis fits it will work.

The toy I found to fit nicely in my hand when I used it in my hand. Sometimes the toy just rests on my stomach, sometimes I hold it in my hand, sometimes my girlfriend uses it. All of these were quite comfortable. The toy has some weight to it, but is nice and compact and fits in a palm nicely.

The Cobra Libre is unique because it use a touch pad control instead of the normal button controls. I found them to be kind of annoying. There was no real benefit and all I found that happens is sometimes I accidentally hit a button when I did not want to and it changes the setting or turns the power off. This was not a huge issue, but I wish they used actual buttons.

So the toy has three buttons. The first is an on and an off button. Then there is a plus button and a minus button. The plus button lets you cycle up through power levels and patterns, the minus lets your cycle down.

The two has straight vibrations and patterned vibrations. The straight vibrations have around 5 or 6 power levels. Once you go through all of them if you hold the plus button it changes to patterns. There are 8 distinct patterns. Each on variation of pulsing between lower and higher speeds. They were quite fun and enjoyable. It did take a while to learn how to use this toy. The buttons were interesting and a bit complex, but after 15 minutes of tinkering I figured everything out.

The toy is technically waterproof. You can soak the toy when cleaning it, but because of the touch pad it will not work underwater. The water makes it hard for the toy is recognize pressure and it simply will not work. Fun Factory says this too. So although it is waterproof you cannot use it in the water.

The toy is relatively quiet. It has a lot of power and really buzzes so you can hear it through sheets, you cannot hear it through a door though. So if you have a room that is private you are good to go with using this toy.

In terms of performance it was a lot of fun. I found this toy makes me orgasm in 5 minutes on high. If I want to extend the process I can just put it down to a lower speed or to a pattern most of the time. Occasionally it felt like I wanted my shaft stimulated too and that the toy was a bit too specific, but I still enjoyed it.

This toy is made out of silicone and plastic so it is very easy to care for. When you are done just wash it with soap and water and you should have no problem. The toy cannot be boiled or dishwashed because it has electronic components.

If you want to sterilize the toy you could use a bit of bleach (10%) when cleaning the silicone portion. A very easy toy to look after.

To store it there is nothing special you need to do. For the price I wish it came with a sleeve or a sack or something, but it does not. I just store mine in a Ziploc bag under my bed and that works fine.

Since the sleeve is silicone you should NOT use silicone lubricant with this toy. If you are using lube you should use an oil based or a water based lubricant.

The Cobra Libre comes packaged in a similar manner to all Fun Factory Boxes. There is an outer sleeve with a photo of the toy on it. Then an inside box. With the toy and a small info packet on the inside. Not a lot of "stuff" packaged in there. Very clean and simple. I think it would make a nice gift. Not the most discreet though.
