Bamboo lounge pants - lounge pants discontinued by Male Power - review by TheHardOne

Never having worn anything made out of bamboo (95% bamboo & 5% spandex), I was a bit skeptical about these pants. Honestly before I bought them, I didn't even know bamboo could be made into fabric. As a result of being made from bamboo, they are better for the environment because they are completely from plant fibers. If you believe the packaging.
They turned out to be really well made pants. The fabric was much thicker and heavier then I expected. I like the way these stretch. The pockets are also a nice touch. I liked them so much I got a second pair in teal.

They sizing seams to be about right around the waist. The size I have is large. They are sized small (28-30), Medium (32-34). Large (36-38), and XL (40-42). The length was a bit longer than I expected, so I roll up the ends so they don't drag. I should have followed my own advice on the second pair and gotten a smaller size. I ended up getting the same size and they seem to a bit bigger than my first pair. I suspect that my first pair shrank a bit over the few months that I have had them. I will let you know for sure in my follow up review.

According to the packaging "Bamboo is 100% naturally grown and 100% biodegradable." Because they are bamboo they are antibacterial.



When reading all the other reviews I though it was a bit fun to find so many reviews by woman for a pair of men's pants, but truly they could be listed as inter-sex. They are definitely built for men with a little extra room in front, but they are still very practical for both sexes.

All and all they are a nice pair of pants for wearing to bed or just around the house.
