Really, it does. This item is a great purchase for it's price. I have used this item many times and I find it to be a great addition to my, albeit small, collection. This toy has a nice feeling both on my penis and on my tongue. It feels very realistic, when maintained properly, on the outside, and the inside seems to be just as good.

The sensation that this product gives is highly intense. With it you feel very satisfied, I know I do. The inside has small "pillows" which caress the penis as it slides over it and this sensation can be very hard to block out. The material is Thermoplastic Rubber and it has that firm yet soft feel that is just great.

This item has a high durability, if taken care of properly. I have had mine for over 2 years and it is still in great shape. Make sure to do as the description says and wash it and dry it well. Use warm water but do not use soap. Soap damages this material. This toy is usable in showers and baths, as long as it is before you soap up, or long after the soap is gone. Also make sure to dry the case very thoroughly as well.

I personally have used this with an anal plug and found these two to work very well in conjunction. I personally enjoy the sensation because I like anal play. Anal play may not be your thing so don't worry about getting it unless you're curious and like the feeling of something in your butt.
