If you have never read Anne Rice's books other than her horror, then I think this should be on your list to read. Even if you hate it, it still should be experienced. Approached with an open mind, it can be a fun, informative read with a deeper meaning to be found.

I have read most book that Anne Rice has written. My favorite of course are the vampire Lestat books and the Mayfair witch books. This was my first time reading her erotic writings.

Inside the covers, we have Beauty being awoken by her Prince. Not with the usual princely kiss but with sexual initiations. What a way to wake up huh?

Can you imagine being promised to a Prince as his complete and total slave? To be initiated into sex this way? That is exactly what happens to Beauty. The Prince pushes her limits to places she never imagined, and places she may never want to go again.

Through this, she learns about herself. Beauty learns she is stronger than she thought possible, that she could endure and overcome things.

This is not only a tale of sex but a look into how people deal with things that life throws at them. It also contains graphic sex, fetish sex and for some may be way too extreme.
