This product is good for anyone starting off with candle play, but not ready to pour it on their partner just yet. I would recommend this as the product you light and play around with in your palms so as to get a feel for the heat, and the sensations of warm to hot oil on your skin. Unless you have a petroleum allergy, this product seems to be relatively safe to allergy sufferers.

This product was quite sticky once heated up. It did not go on as smoothly as one might expect. However, it also doesn't overheat on your skin straight from the wick, which is a positive. There is no greasy residue afterwards, but it is slightly slick, think "spit on hands" and not "greasy bacon."

I didn't taste it, and wouldn't advise it since the wax is hot. The aroma is very slight, and I would recommend buying an essential oil to mix in your hands when applying it to someone's skin. Otherwise, the product doesn't produce the aroma you expect, which may work best for anyone sensitive to smell.

This will last maybe 15 minutes, but if you are covering a whole body then you need a few candles.

The application was easy, and I recommend letting it sit upright to burn, otherwise it will burn out much quicker than you expect. It really was disappointing on so many levels. The cleanup was easy, and not a hassle compared to using many other massage oils, but the product lacked in smoothness expected from a massage oil candle. The size was very small to what is expected for a massage candle.

No packaging around the wax container. That was nice to see. The wax was in a little aluminum, and then a cover that isn't great. I would recommend keeping the container after you experiment with the product to then make your own wax/essential oil for massage and candle play.

The product has a slight smooth sensation for a few seconds, and then becomes sticky.
