Beautiful, Luxurious, Smelly?

The LELO Flickering Touch Massage Oil can be used all over the body (externally) for moisturizing purposes. Because this oil is so luxurious and costly I reserve this for special occasions only. This would be a great present for anyone for any occasion and there is nothing sexual written on the bottle or box to suggest this is an adults only product.

To use: Shake well before using. Remove cap and press pump slowly. Massage into the skin.

The texture of the oil is a little thick. Most skin oils I've used were light and thin. This is thick and heavy. Similar to a vegetable oil. It even smells a bit like veggie oil to be honest. At least before it is absorbed into the skin. I believe that off smell is probably the "musk" scent but when it is absorbed it smells more floral and very light, which would be the "fresh lily" scent. When this is pumped into the hand, without sunlight it looks like a clear liquid. After sunlight hits it, the liquid looks gold. When you look close you see the individual flakes of real 24 kt gold. When applied to the skin the gold is not very visible but there is a very slight shimmer to the skin. Just knowing there's gold on my skin makes me feel pampered! The skin there after is not greasy or oily. The skin feels soft and velvety smooth.

Again, the smell at first smells like your regular cooking oil. Doesn't smell attractive at all. After it is absorbed in to the skin it leaves a faint floral smell. This oil is probably best for leaving the skin smooth than it is leaving it scented.

To clean this off you would need to use soap and water. Oil is resistant to water so soap is required. The skin isn't as scented as I'd like it to be but it looks and feels moisturized after use. The skin is very soft after use.

Like all of LELO's products their packaging is gift worthy. This comes in a beautiful box with pictures of the bottle and inside the box is a very luxurious hard glass oil dispenser. This is heavy and not cheap. The top is a thick plastic color coordinated to the scent and slides on/off to reveal or conceal the pump top. I can't make enough praises about the glass bottle.
