Dona body wash - soap discontinued by System JO - review by SubmissiveFeminist

This body wash by Dona is the perfect way to get clean in the shower! This has quickly become part of my daily routine, as I love the clean and fresh feeling after using it, and can detect the light fragrance a little while after I step out of the shower. I've found it to be a great way to end my night with its relaxing aroma.

This body wash has a typical consistency with a thinner liquid soap. It is a light yellow color to begin with, and lathers into a light, white foam.



The bottle has an easy-to-use pump-style dispenser. I usually use two or three pumps of this product to wash my body. Simply lather up the body wash by rubbing your hands together and apply all over.



This body wash is very light in every sense and washes off very easily. There is no oily or greasy residue and it leaves the skin feeling nice and clean.

My first products from this line are all in the pomegranate scent. While it isn't exactly what I was expecting, it is a lovely aroma. The scent is very light but noticeable up to a half an hour after your shower or bath.

I find this scent to be relaxing as opposed to energizing, as I expected. However, it does have a great effect on me. I use this more when I shower at night, as I find it has a nice calming effect that I like to end my day with. I am very pleased with the pleasant scent of this product and can't wait to try others by JO.

Unlike other body washes that tend to dry my skin and leave it feeling almost tight, Dona's body wash simply cleans and leave skin feeling naturally fresh. As I've already stated, it is very easy to lather up and rinse off, so it does not require work to remove.

Ingredients: Purified Water (Aqua), Sodium C 14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, Sodium Cocoamphoacetate, Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Glycerin, Saccharide Isomerate, Sodium Chloride, Punica Granatum (Pomegranate) Fruit, Lycium Barbarum (Goji) berry, Coffea Arabica (Coffee) Seed, Euterpe Oleracea (Açaí) Fruit, Morinda Citrifolia (Noni) Fruit, Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf, Garcinia Mangostana (Mangosteen) Pericarp Extracts, Propanediol, Citric Acid, Benzyl Alcohol, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazone, Disodium EDTA, Fragrance

This body wash comes in a pump-style bottle and packaged in a plastic bag by EdenFantasys to assure no leakage. I am a huge fan on Dona's packaging, which all follow the lacy theme. The body wash bottle is purple with a black lace design. It is six inches tall and two inches in diameter. There is 9.5 ounces of product in the bottle.

While the bottle seems feminine, I encourage men to try out some of their products as they are useful to every gender. The bottle is not 'discreet' in the sense that it has the word "aphrodisiac" on it. However, it isn't very noticeable so I wouldn't worry about it.

Because this bottle is 9.5 ounces, it is not allowed in carry-ons for traveling by plane in the US. It is easy to transfer to a smaller bottle, however.

This product claims to have an "aphrodisiac" effect, although I have not found this to be true with any Dona products.
