Crazy Girl lip balm by Classic Erotica - review by Lavendar

Crazy Sweet Lip Balm

This overpriced lip balm is just ok and not worth $6.99. The scent had notes of banana, coconut and smelled very tropical and sweet. The waxy residue and dry lips it leaves you with are not worth it. My partner did not appreciate it and it did not really condition my lips. I would rather spend money on a product with natural ingredients. This is nothing special.

Crazy Girl lip balm by Classic Erotica is a moisturizing stick for lips. It has aloe vera and vitamin e for moisturizing and is SPF 15. This did not leave my lips feeling soft only dry. After it dries there is a film of waxy residue left on lips which I found unpleasant. Crazy Girl is thicker than Chapstick but overall nothing special.

Ingredients: Octinoxate (7%), Oxybenzone (4%), Vitamine E, Aloe Vera

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

Crazy Girl has a waxy texture thicker than Chapstick. It feels smooth and slightly velvety when applying. This balm transfers onto cups and partner's lips which I found problematic. The balm goes on in one swipe and reapplication is not really needed until it dries out because it is so thick. This is a good and bad quality, it is positive if you do not mind a waxy feeling on your lips. It leaves just a hint of shine on lips, there is no color or plumping effect.

Taste / Aroma

This lip balm has a sugary coconut banana scent. It smells very artificial and overly sweet, which can be off-putting. The scent also lingers until the balm is absorbed which can be bothersome when eating or drinking. If you enjoy banana scented items this may be the balm for you. When licking the balm off my lips I tasted fake sugary banana. Banana is the flavor I picked up the most in this tube. Crazy Girl's product page lists the flavor as being tropical fruit.

Crazy Girl lasted about an hour. When it dried I could still feel a residue on my lips. I had to wash my lips with soap and water to get the film off. Honestly this was off putting and for the price I did not relish the thought of buying this product again. This balm did not have many positives for me.
