The Only Thing Crazy is the Price

Crazy Girl Lip Balm is really nothing out of the ordinary and not worth the price at $6.99 per tube. While it does hydrate lips and provide a protective barrier in sun exposure, it is waxy and feels extremely synthetic. There are definitely better products on the market that will provide even better lip health!

Use

Crazy Girl Lip Balm from Classic Erotica is designed to keep your lips hydrated and silky smooth. All you have to do is glide it over your lips so a shiny, kissable look. It can be used as a protectant from sun exposure; it is SPF 15. While Crazy Girl Lip Balm assist in keeping your lips healthy, it is not made to deal dry or chapped lips.

This adorable pink tube of lip balm will appeal to women of various ages. I can speak from experience and say that both my 12 year old cousin and my mother (she’d kill me if I revealed her age) both found the packaging to be cute and girly. Either one of them would be more than happy to own this product.

In addition to using this balm for lip health, I found this to be a simple way to spice up activity in the bedroom. As a simple way to tease my boyfriend, I rolled the lip balm along his body and kissed it off. Since the lip balm is flavored, it was an enjoyable experience for both of us!

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

When you open the container, the lip balm is an off-white or very pale yellow color. When rolled onto the lips, it is clear and actually looks more like a lip gloss.

Crazy Girl Lip Balm is smooth and glides on easily. When it is first applied, it feels quite waxy and synthetic; once it absorbs (it takes a while), it feels far more natural. The benefit to waxy lip balm is that it lasts longer and doesn’t need to be applied often. A thicker coating on the lips is also valuable for sun protection. However, the downside of the thick film is simply how it feels. In fact, the first time I applied this product, I had to resist the urge to wipe my lips.

From then on, I applied a lot less of this product. One soft swipe over my bottom lip was more than enough to coat both lips when rubbed together. The balm still felt very thick, but it wasn’t nearly as bad.

Taste / Aroma

Crazy Girl Lip Balm is marketed as “tropical lip moisturizer”, which I find to be a bit misleading. When I hear the word tropical, I think of a combination of several fruits; this lip balm kind of fits that category. I smell banana light tones of coconut and pineapple. For the longest time I kept smelling the tube trying to remember what it specifically brought to mind. After about 10 minutes, it finally hit me: sun tanning lotion, specifically Australian Gold. I actually like that scent, but it isn’t something I would associate with putting on my lips, so I found it a bit odd.

The fruit blend is also quite noticeable in the taste. If you kiss someone while wearing this lip balm, they will definitely notice the flavor. As I mentioned earlier, I will kiss this balm off my partner’s skin since I enjoy the taste so much.

Performance

I can’t say for sure how long Crazy Girl Lip Balm remained on my lips; I lost track of time after the first hour and a half.

When worn inside my house: During the first 30 minutes or so, the balm had the waxy coating that I mentioned earlier. After that, the product began to absorb into my lips. I could still feel a coating on my lips, but it was smooth and more natural. The scent dissipated within the first 10 minutes or so; the taste lingered for quite a while.

When worn outside: The lip balm lasted for about an hour when worn in direct sunshine. The waxy feeling was a major benefit in this situation; it was like I could feel the balm creating a barrier between my lips and the sun’s harsh rays. In 60 minute increments, I reapplied the lip balm for optimal protection.
If you want to get this balm off of your lips, you can simply wipe it with a smooth cloth. You may choose to wet the cloth, but I didn’t find it necessary. Even with the product removed, my lips felt soft and hydrated.

Packaging

Crazy Girl Lip Balm comes in a tube, just like most chapstick brands. The tube is 4.5 grams.
The balm is easy to open; there is a perforated seal that will be broken once you twist the cap. One easy twist and you’re ready to use your new lip balm.

The label is cute and girly. The words “Crazy Girl” and “wanna be kissable” are visible. There is absolutely nothing to indicate that I purchased this product from an online adult store.

If you swirl the tube, you will see some fact about the product. The product specifications listed as are follows:

- UVA/UVB
- PABA Free
- SPF 15
- Made in the USA

There is also a partial list of ingredients:
Octinoxate 7% (Sunscreen), Oxybenzone 4% (Sunscreen), Aloe Vera, and Vitamin E

For a more detailed list of ingredients, you need to contact the company at the number listed on the tube.
