My girl is always telling me how I should be romantic, so I picked these rose petals to help in that department. I chose the pink and white rose petals. I sprinkled the petals on the bedroom floor leading onto the bed. There weren't as many petals as I was hoping for, so I had to use them sparingly. I expected there to be at least 100 petals in the containers, as I have seen in other rose petal packages. I did not count all the petals, but there is definitely less than 100 petals. Some of the petals were stuck together, so I had to peel them apart. I lit some candles to add to the atmosphere. My girl was very excited when she walked into the bedroom, and it led to a nice romantic night.

While the petals did help create a romantic night, up close the petals were a bit of a disappointment. They are fabric petals made out of polyester. The petals are not made of the best quality and fray on the edges. My girl has mentioned that she has seen fake rose petals in the past that were used on the table tops of weddings, and she did not think that these petals were as nice as those wedding ones. I think that these petals are sufficient for personal use but probably not for gifts or public events.

I have read some suggestions that these petals can be used in the bath tub as well. I have not tried that, but I think I will try that at some point. I think that my girl will appreciate a nice relaxing spa day with petals in the tub. I will continue to whip these out for special occasions such as anniversaries, but they probably will not last very long, considering that they fray. If there are any guys out there like me, who have girls wishing that they were more romantic, I suggest that they get these petals to aid in their romantic nights.
