This cute little massage heart made of a PVC like material is just the thing when you've got aches and pains or want to provide a little TLC for your partner (or want some TLC from them!)

It can be used for sensual massages or as a small heating pad for specific areas such as menstrual cramps, stomach aches, or even just to warm up cold hands, but that's no fun, now is it!

The heart is made of a liquid that heats up after the disk inside is cracked. The heat lasts for about half an hour and slowly cools until reaching room temperature. It can be reset by boiling the small plastic heart for about 5 minutes which is my favorite part.

Boiling your heart warmer also takes care of cleaning and sanitizing it.

When boiling, be careful not to let your massage heart touch the sides of the pot, as it could melt. Wrapping it in a cloth may help. I used a spatula to hold it up as it boiled just to be on the safe side.

Make sure to cool your massage heart after boiling before reactivating it for another session.

It feels best when it is used with some sort of massage oil and candles for atmosphere. (Be careful! You might fall asleep, it feels so good.)

As the massage heart cools the liquid inside becomes solid and it is harder to manipulate around.

The heart warmer is about 5 inches in size and fits well in my hand!
