Once it burns for a bit you can use the oil for a sensual massage to enhance your sexual experience. The candle holder is designed to aim the oil where it counts, not on your sheets or furniture. I was able to get one more use out of the candle when I thought it was spent after the first use (we left it lit for quite a while). I was pleased that I was able to use it again and it was still as pleasant as the first time.
