If you imagine that you are sucking a marble deep inside your vagina you will know the exact spot where you need to place the eggs by pushing them in one at a time.You will probably need to use a little lube to ease them in, and you may want to warm them before you put them in. I discovered the benefits of warming the eggs the second time I used them. I recommend warming them either in your hands or in a warm glass of water. Test for temperature in the crook of your elbow to prevent burning yourself! If you prefer not to warm the eggs before using them your body will bring them up to body temperature fairly quickly.

Now just work your muscles by squeezing for about 3-5 seconds and then relaxing for 5 seconds around the eggs for 4 to 8 minutes per session. Try to have 2-3 sessions per day. You could do this two to three times daily after meals, while watching a movie, or reading a book.

These eggs are made of hygienically superior borosilicate glass. It's not the brand Pyrex but it is the same composition. The glass is food grade, odorless, non-porous, completely smooth, and warms quickly to the touch.
There are no rough spots on the surface of the glass.
Before use always check for any cracks or chips, especially if they have been dropped. It is highly unlikely that these will crack or chip but better safe then sorry.

These smooth glass eggs are great for any level user. You should be aware that they will feel larger than they actually are because there is no flexibility to the glass. The texture of the glass slicks up quickly with just a touch of lube!

The two Glass eggs are pink with white swirls. They are both 1.75”x 1” in size as is stated on the box. Each is just a little bigger than a quarter, or about the size of a robin’s egg. It has an artistic and a little whimsical look to it.

I inserted the eggs in my vagina one at a time. They moved around easily and switched places. They are not hard to use. I have been using the Kegel Exercises for years so I knew I was working the proper muscles. Now holding the eggs in place was a little harder than I expected it to be, but I have a hard time keeping things in there anyway! They stayed put as long as I sat, or laid down. I am using them as I write this review so you can see how easy it can be done!
It was a little uncomfortable at first, but it got better with use.
There is no sound unless you make it. I did, but they where cold, so remember to warm them up before putting them in if you don't like cold temperature sensations.
No batteries are needed, they are easy to use, and they will help you make your muscles as strong as you want them to be.

Clean up and care is very easy for the glass eggs. Simply wash them with warm to hot water and antibacterial soap,and pat dry. You could also use toy wipes. If you really need to have a clean set you can use them in a 10% bleach to 90% water solution or even boil them.
Any kind of lube could be use, I use water based lubes primarily. What ever you like to use is up to you.
You will want to store these little eggs somewhere they won't get dropped or bang up against other hard toys or surfaces.

The right side of the box gives the size and what the glass eggs are made of. All of this is written in five languages. It has the care instructions on the bottom.
