Bittersweet

System JO H2O flavored lubricant, is just that a flavored lubricant meant to be used for oral sex. This can be used by either males or females when going down on their partners for a little something extra to the taste or to mask the taste of a condom/dental dam. It is a water based lubricant so it should work well with any materials that it may come in contact with. It contains no artificial sweeteners which makes it doubly safe for women so that it will not result in any infections that sugars can cause vaginally.

The only downside is that it does contain Parabens and Glycerin, so if you have sensitivities to those I would suggest staying way.

The texture was slightly thin upon first use, which was good when put to use but when I was first testing it on my hand made for a slight runny mess. It wasn't sticky at all on my skin, nor did it leave any film afterwards when I let a small amount sit on the skin for a time before licking it off.

The bottle gave me a bit of an issue, it is rather small and because of that the plastic seems to thick and it makes it very easy to over squeeze the container when trying to get the right amount of lubrication out. But when you do it comes out from the shampoo bottle top rather easily and when I held it upside down it did not come out until I was actually squeezing the bottle.

Upon first opening the bottle the smell was extremely sweet and I worried that this was going to just be sweet overload the second I tasted it. Thankfully I was surprised, because while it was sweet at first like the name suggested after a moment on the tongue it took on a very tangy/bitter taste that I rather liked. It didn't taste full on like pomegranates as I thought it would, but it got close enough to be enjoyable.

While using it for oral sex, the taste lasted for maybe about 5 minutes before I could not taste it any longer so you may wish to reapply if you want the taste to go longer then that. The scent did not linger after sex either which was a plus. Though I would still recommend washing afterwards to make sure that any lingering traces of the lubricant are off the skin as the parabens and glycerin can cause skin irritation in some people.

Propylparaben - preservative used by the food, pharmaceutical, and personal care product industries. Parabens mimic estrogen and can act as potential hormone (endocrine) system disruptors.

The small one ounce bottle that the product comes in, is rather discreet and travel friendly. There is a small amount of instructions on the side which do include that you should stop using if it causes any irritation to the skin.

The only downside to it, is that its a little hard to get use to how much you need to squeeze the bottle at first to get any product down so be careful. Or like me you will end up having a bit of a mess on your hands, though depending on when it happens could be fun to clean up.

Because of its small size you can easily store this in your purse, overnight bag, or even in a makeup case if you wish.
